Ok so I searched Casinomeister on this casino and did found some negative posts, but I didnt see this casino under the rogue section or not recommed so therefore im posting this issue here.

Actually this is my first post here but im reading the forum for a couple of years now, so I do not know if im following the right protocol but here it goes.

I signed up at Rich Casino yesterday and got a free 15, I asked support what the wagering was and he told me 99 times and the max cashout was 100 dollars. Lucky me I finished the wagering with a 186 balance so I withdraw 100 dollars to my Neteller.

Then the next day I get this email:

So I do find it verry strange because it was a ND bonus for sighning up as a new member so its logical I didnt make any deposits, anyway why do I need to make 3 deposits to verify my account instead of just one ? It doesnt feel right and im afraid losing my 3 deposits if I make them in terms of stuck to the wagering rules or other special rules. I asked support but they are ignoring me and there only awnser is that its there policy, no specific awnser or advise in my case.

Now the other part of the email I dont get either, it states 'winnings from the sign up bonus are not redeemable' so to my understanding I cannot cash out the winnings I made in the first place at all, maby I dont understand it the right way but why would they set a wagering and a max cashout to a bonus if that bonus is never ment to be cashed out or the winnings of that bonus ?

So im really confused and dont know what to do, support doesnt respond and I didnt find any casino rep on this site so thats why im posting it here, hopefully someone can advise me what to do.
 
Aah thats to bad, so im guessing that they are known as rogued on casinomeister. are you 100% positive that I wil not be able to get that money no mather what ?

Btw are all those casinos with that kind of software Rich Casino uses like that or is this just one rotten apple on the appletree ?

Well if they insist on 3 deposits first, then just forget it and move on.

All casinos using this software should be avoided at all costs, as they are all dodgy.

I mean, any casino like this that has a MAX withdrawal of $500 PER MONTH for the first 6 months is an absolute disgrace.

Stick to the accredited casinos here and you can't go wrong :)

As a general rule the free sign up bonus is not redeemable at Rich Casino.
"The sign-up bonus are funds added to the members account once the registration is completed. Multiple accounts opened by one person will not receive the bonus, and will be closed. These funds are used as an incentive for the enjoyment of players and have no value of themselves. Furthermore winnings from the sign up bonus can be played only and cannot be withdrawn and/or exchanged for any prize"

The reason I said "as a general rule" is because there are few exception to this rule. Few affiliates (advertisers) that I work with at Revenue Giants advertise a free sign up bonus (vary from $15-$500) for which there is a 99x wagering. And winning from this free sign up bonus can be redeemed. Some must make at least 1 deposit and other don't require any deposit (depends on what we agreed with the affiliate)- for each of those affiliates there is a special code that Rich Casino support can see on any player's account.

The email you received seems as you were not refereed by an affiliate/ advertiser with an exception though, but if you want you can send me your user and I can check again why were you told the free sign up bonus has 99x wagering. If you have any chat script or emails you sent an were ignored as you said it is unacceptable please send to me I'll forward it to Rich Casino management. (my email is malci [at] RevenueGiants.com)

Also I want to make it clear that depositing at Rich Casino is safe and secure as well as withdrawing money. If you are a legit person i.e. if you have no history of fraud online (not only at the casino you registered), you provide all legit documents to prove your identity then there shall not be any issue to deposit or withdraw there.

IN other words, it is FUN MONEY disguised as real money to suck in the uneducated. It is ridiculous.

I would love to hear your defence of the $500 max payout PER MONTH for new players AND the 3 deposit requirement Malci. The floor, as they say, is yours.

I do have to regret to say that after all these bad comments about your casino im of course in no mood anymore to deposite at your casino, but if you can show me your goodwill and let me cashout the 100 bucks then maby I wil change my mind about that.

All i can say is that your Tactics are disgusting and misleading. I understand that its in your terms but WHY on EARTH do you offer 'Play Money' when people can play for fun??

Your Casino is Predatory / Rogue / and all the BAD things that make this industry less and less reputable everyday... Luring players under false pretenses then referring to your T&C's - It's ONLY Play Money is something to be ASHAMED OF.

Thank you for all your advise guys, im glad I was informed by you and wil not play on any of these casinos with that software anymore because of this bad expirience I had.

Indeed its always beter to stick with A-credited casinos that is true but on the other hand sometimes you feel like giving other casinos a chance to proof themself worthy.

I think a free chip is a nice invitation to a new casino and if you have a nice expirience there then why not come back and play some more, but in this case its nothing but trouble for me and I dont like spending so much time (99 x wagering) and then come to the conclusion I did all that for nothing, thats just fooling the costumer and take them for a joke.

I just got an email back and they claimed that im guilty of multiply accounts on there network, wich I know is not true in the sense that I have more then 1 account per casino. So they can actually pin point you on that rule also if you have a big cashout that you break there rules and have a chance to not get payed, I mean having accounts on sister casinos for me that is not a crime and I dont think it is at all because other casino brands do allow you to have more accounts on there network as long as its not for the same casino, they even gladly give you the welcome bonus even when they know you claimed it on the other sister casino, so that I also find a verry dodgy something and for that reason only I wont play any more on there network, just scared to cashout at all because who knows I signed up at one of there sister casinos on there network.

Anyway this case can be closed now, I wont see my money back, this casino is taken off my computer and I wil stick to the A-credit casinos from now on.

They have kept $1400 from me after waiting weeks for a withdrawal. All of a sudden they said I allegedly commuted bonus abuse!! That I used 3 bonus in a row. In my history it shows I used 3 bonus’s but they are far apart. I really need help if there is any. Please someone help me.
