Ok so I searched Casinomeister on this casino and did found some negative posts, but I didnt see this casino under the rogue section or not recommed so therefore im posting this issue here.
Actually this is my first post here but im reading the forum for a couple of years now, so I do not know if im following the right protocol but here it goes.
I signed up at Rich Casino yesterday and got a free 15, I asked support what the wagering was and he told me 99 times and the max cashout was 100 dollars. Lucky me I finished the wagering with a 186 balance so I withdraw 100 dollars to my Neteller.
Then the next day I get this email:

So I do find it verry strange because it was a ND bonus for sighning up as a new member so its logical I didnt make any deposits, anyway why do I need to make 3 deposits to verify my account instead of just one ? It doesnt feel right and im afraid losing my 3 deposits if I make them in terms of stuck to the wagering rules or other special rules. I asked support but they are ignoring me and there only awnser is that its there policy, no specific awnser or advise in my case.
Now the other part of the email I dont get either, it states 'winnings from the sign up bonus are not redeemable' so to my understanding I cannot cash out the winnings I made in the first place at all, maby I dont understand it the right way but why would they set a wagering and a max cashout to a bonus if that bonus is never ment to be cashed out or the winnings of that bonus ?
So im really confused and dont know what to do, support doesnt respond and I didnt find any casino rep on this site so thats why im posting it here, hopefully someone can advise me what to do.
