I was told by Highnoon that ACH is up to date and my withdrawal should be processed in the next batch(monday).

Wow. What is the truth?

Perhaps CM can check on this for us.

Update:

I cashed out on June 5th and they said it was authorized June 7th for $650(ACH) and I have seen nothing! They say 5-7 business days, ok well it has been 17 business days and they do not answer my emails. I also have 4 other cash outs I made that same week. What is going on, and why are they not being accountable?? When I IM them they say be patient, O ok be patient forever because I am never going to see the money?? What is the point of playing online when you do not get paid?

Update on my withdrawals: CWC has returned my cashout of $650 back to my casino acct (33 days later) and has told me to cash it out using a check courier instead. My 2nd withdrawal of $350 was returned to my casino acct the very next day (34 days later) and I tried cashing that out also but they informed me I had to wait another 7 days before cashing out another check. (which I shld have known) But now I get to wait another 7 days just to cash out the measely little $350 cashout that I've already waited over a month for. So all in all it is not worth my headache.

When a customer has already waited over 30 days for a withdrawal, I think an exception should be made to the 7 day rule.

I'd PM the rep and ask if they can expedite your withdrawal.

Whatever their answer, stand firm and do not play it back.

I was waiting for an ACH from High Noon since 6/7/11. Yesterday I got email- ACH cam back and they are not sure why. They put the money back into my account and suggested that I withdraw via courier check. Although my withdrawal was only $425 and therefore subject to courier check fee of $25- they waived it and it was approved almost immediately. I think this group is trying hard- but they are running afoul of US gambling complications. My guess is that they will withdraw from US market soon.

My Ach sent out 7/11 told should be received in 5 days. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Still have CS chats telling me that they were no longer having ACH problems. So I chose ACH over Check. Hope they were right and that I made the right decision.

Previously I posted that my ACH had come back and High Noon suggested I withdraw via courier check. I did so on Monday- today is Friday and I just got my check- not only did they waive the $25 fee, thee was an extra $.11 on the check! It was a long long wait (original withdrawal request was approved 6/7) but their word is good.

I think Club World is the best, no large fees. Jackpot is a $60 fee. $30 up front then another $30 in processing, my bank charges another $15.....pretty steep. Please keep us in the US, updated. I think that we have to very careful.

Contacted support again today and was told that the ACH has not bounced back so they are not sure what is going on...they are investigating...asked me to check in with them again on Monday...sigh...it will be 24 business days since appproval.

I requested an ACH from highnoon on July 4th and recieved it today 7/18.

Apparently they have fixed their processor problems as they told me.

Finally!

Finally got my check and it did cash so I'm happy it is finally over with! Definitely would recommend everyone cashing out via courier check; received my check within 3 days! Wish I had have known over a month ago!
