At Drake casino, they had this 200% deposit bonus offer for ALL customers during Easter weekend. Unfortunately, I don't get their newsletter, so i didn't know about it, and I was out of town on Friday and Saturday, and didn't get home until Sunday evening. However, I had deposited around 400 hundred dollars on Thursday night (the 28th) and the same amount on monday morning (the 1st), 200 dollars once and 100 dollars twice each day. (BTW: I absolutely would have deposited on Sunday night when I got back from the Easter festivities, but no one was available in chat to get the name of who to send my money transfer to, so I had to wait until the next morning to send my deposit. I wouldn't even be bitching about this, but i since learned about this weekend bonus offer and am SO ANNOYED because I am a LONG TIME, very loyal customer to Drake casino, and they refuse to give me the bonus retroactively, regardless of my prolific deposit history and longstanding withdrawal allergy. Instead they're taking the stand of "we would have given you the bonus if you'd contacted us within 48 hours, but you're SOL at this point! Sorry!"

Now, the only reason I found out about the bonus at all is because there was a deposit I'd made which showed up on my bank statement but was not showing up in my account statement in the casino, and I was looking thru the terms and conditions to find out what happens in that situation and I came across the newsletter page and saw the bonus specials for that approximate date. I was shocked, because this was such an amazingly rare bonus offer for a legitimate (non-RTG) casino like Drake. It's unheard of, I've literally NEVER heard of them giving 200% bonus before, except when you open your account; it's a big deal. So, I think that if they were giving it out to everyone just once every 6 months then they should give it out, period, and if they admit that you deserve to receive $25 spins of some slot game, then you deserve to receive the bonus itself. And it's not like I'm a once in a while player who hustles them for bonuses all the time. I've literally deposited THOUSANDS of dollars this month alone. But instead, Sean, the manager tells me he'll give me 25 spins of a slot game. Which I won $9 on. Then, strangely I magically received 25 additional spins and won 10.50! "Oh, yay, $20.00 bonus instead of the $300 i should have received!? That's totally cool. Yep, I feel just terrific about the way I have been treated by Drake casino right now! (said no one, ever, in the history of mankind)

Sorry, I don't understand the beef here. They had a promotion, you weren't around for it. Sucks, but that's how it goes. You don't get to walk to the supermarket and say 'hey, all those great sales last week? I was busy, but I shop here a lot, so I'll take those now please'. Um, no.

I understand your point...however

However, I would have been able to receive the bonus had I a.) asked for the bonus on the monday following, when I did make myltiple deposits or b.) been able to deposit on Sunday night, the way other people who play at casinos with 24/7 chat support are able to. This penalizes those of us in the US who can't deposit using credit cards (which totally insane for US players to do, or very dumb, considering the laws. I only deposit using money transfers in cash.) But, i am penalized by their lack of 24 hour support to receive a bonus, and then told that I should have known about the bonus that was being offered (there were no popups the days prior or following, only the newsletter, which, for some reason I've never gotten, even though I signed up for it from day 1) and asked them to give it to me within 48 hours, which would have been fine. That's just stupid. Either you're willing to make an exception for someone or you're not--don't say, we would have, but you're too late asking. that's insulting.

Well, that's what happens when you choose to play at clipjoints like Drake instead of reputable accredited casinos.

Even the way you deposit sounds dodgy.

You have no legitimate complaint here anyway. Stop playing at these crap casinos and you might get better treatment.

I'll admit, I did deposit at Drake once.

After that I took a closer look at their T&C's and found this, "Management will not be obligated to provide a reason for refusing any withdrawal request or be liable for its decision." I questioned them about this and never got a satisfactory response. Their CS told me all casinos have the same term in their T&C's. I checked all the ones I play at and none of them said anything about not providing a reason for refusing a withdrawal.

So basically, they can refuse any withdrawal and they don't have to tell you why it was refused. That was enough for me.

If you like the Betsoft games stick to Bovada, they are fully accredited here.

Instead of moaning about what 'could have been' promotions its wiser to have a look at BigJohn's post and realize what a shady casino Drake probably is. Should you be lucky enough to secure a big win you might start to shiver given the ridiculous withdrawal term. Stop depositing with these people otherwise you will get ripped off some day. These terms are there for a reason and it sure aint there to protect the player.
