Referring other members to the forum

I mentioned in last Thurday's newsletter that I have a $30 Amazon.com (or .de.uk.ca etc) gift certificate for the member with the most referrals this month. Well since last week, we've had a little over 50 new members and only FOUR were referred.

You guys are missing out. Here are the top referrers this week:

It really shouldn't be that hard. We're getting several new members a day who state they found this site via a friend - but they don't give the person a referral credit (?!)

I refer members on a daily basis. Some are compulsive gamblers, I explain posts and tell them that its them, so repay me. Others dont trust the internet so I show them the best place to start.

CM, I will spam your referral list if you want, I would rather members turned up with a contribution to the community
