I understand that some of you are not to keen on design elements of the site (No 1 Rated) and appreciate your opinions. I will address this with our team and see about having it changed.

In regards to the lack of deposit options or trouble with depositing, as stated in my previous post, there was miscommunication with the timing of the launch and our Cashier on the Play For Real Money side is not fully set up yet. For players who have noted the lack of currencies and language support, our brands are focused in the USA. At present time I am not sure if there will be multi currency or other languages.

We are uber spoilt here in Europe with loads of good casino's and no restrictions on any software so for USA players this might defo be a bit of a change from let's say RTG games.

I wasn't overwhelmed myself with the slots and they seem very low variance.
Would like to know the average RTP figures,can't find them anywhere.

But also agree on some comments to give these guys a chance.

This is a very fair point.

For non US players though, we can play these slots at for example Tropezia Palace (not accredited, but decent all the same), without a $2k weekly withdrawal limit. It's that limit that puts me off.

Just wanted to share my experience with Reel Spin.

I took their No Deposit bonus and quickly lost it. Then I deposited $20 more (NO BONUS TAKEN) with my card and went to Yeti Hunt.

The positive thing about BetOnSoft is it really makes you appreciate softwares like MGS and NetEnt. I feel like I've fallen into the dark side of internet gaming when I play these slots, they remind me of the bad old days back when I was playing Rome Casino and other crappy softwares with suspicious owners.

I agree with most of what you say, but we cannot pre judge the casino. All casinos use some sort of gimmick or advertising. Most will also let the world know of their big winners, the problem with this one is its a bit unbelievable just like the Rated #1. If a player did win that amount the odds would be pretty good that it was a cm member as well.

I wonder if the poor people behind these 2 casinos knew how harsh the cm community could be, or will they actually take heed to the constructive criticism.

Well, I've been following this thread with interest, and I have to say I am thoroughly unimpressed thus far.

I have downloaded the casino (from GoneGambling as I always support them where possible), and went in just now to make a deposit.....and the ONLY options are credit card and Ecocard. WTH? Even if I deposit via CC, I will have to wire transfer any winnings, which I refuse to do as I use e-wallets.

Wouldn't you think the first thing they would do is have all their ducks in a row in regards to payment methods? Neteller, Skrill and others are absolutely VITAL to cater for the majority of players.

So, now I have to wait until they actually setup Neteller or Skrill. Trouble is, by then I might have been put off them altogether.

BetonSoft is simply painful casino software to play on and there isnt much enjoyment in it for me. Plenty of US facing sportsbooks use it and it just plain sucks. Man do I miss the good ole days of Microgaming and Playtech. Nothing again Reel Spins but there is absolutely nothing about your casino that sets you apart from any of the other BetonSoft casinos. One way to impove the software would be to DEAL FASTER. Blackjack is painfully slow and Video Poker is the same way. You would think the programmers would have realized that the more hands you play the more the casino makes.

I think he may have meant BetSoft, which is distinct from BetOnSoft, and I'm not aware of any sportsbooks using BetOnSoft, but I know there are sportsbooks using BetSoft. Easy thing to confuse.

My account problem was solved by Affcash.

I was able to deposit $ 50 and took the 150% bonus (total balance of $ 125 w/ 3K WR). Worked the balance up on a few different slots to approx 160 or so. Decided to play a bit of blackjack and made it to approx $ 300.00 in little to no time...maybe 10 minutes at most. Not sure if I would have made playthrough as I started betting crazy on purpose. I've played betonsoft software prior so the games were no surprise. I tend to think they are a break from depositing at the same few casinos over and over. Do I wish the games were better, yes.

Overall so far I view the casino as a change of scenery, and the rep seems friendly / competent. He handled this thread well, although I would have liked to have seen more back and forth responses to really get a better feel for him, but I know he has other job duties.

In the end I'm sure I will deposit in the future. Likely will be for the table games though as they have very nice limits (elite ones). Slot play will likely only happen if my wife is playing with me or I'm just bored.
