Regarding withdrawal limits.

These limits are listed under the "Cashier" tab.

Guess you need to hit a jackpot if you want to do a wire transfer

obviously i may have read it wrong,

also putting me off is the max cashout on the bonus there's plenty of new casinos to sign up with without that,

In my opinion, max cashouts on slots bonuses should be grounds for no accreditation.

The positive thing about BetOnSoft is it really makes you appreciate softwares like MGS and NetEnt. I feel like I've fallen into the dark side of internet gaming when I play these slots, they remind me of the bad old days back when I was playing Rome Casino and other crappy softwares with suspicious owners.

Not saying these guys are dishonest though (I don't know).

I'd assume that it's probably OK to play these games if you're from the US and tired of RTG/3Dice.

This why I like casino that have live winners, like those at Guts and Nordicbet. You know there's no BS as they show someone (including yourself) winning measly amounts of $7, $23 and large amounts $323, $2325 etc. People do not like to see the small winners but personally I like it as it shows they are genuine and not some made up BS.

I agree with most of what you say, but we cannot pre judge the casino. All casinos use some sort of gimmick or advertising. Most will also let the world know of their big winners, the problem with this one is its a bit unbelievable just like the Rated #1. If a player did win that amount the odds would be pretty good that it was a cm member as well.

I wonder if the poor people behind these 2 casinos knew how harsh the cm community could be, or will they actually take heed to the constructive criticism.

I know where you're coming from and, in general, I agree 100%. However, there are a couple of good fun BetOnSoft slots - the two Alpha Squad games are the first to spring to mind.

Update!

Well, I contacted Live Chat regarding my withdrawal, and the Casino has requested my documents, photo of my card and bank statement. I'm curious why this hasn't been done before (documents request). Live Chat operator Shelly was nice and helpful, so no issues here.

Well, I've been following this thread with interest, and I have to say I am thoroughly unimpressed thus far.

I have downloaded the casino (from GoneGambling as I always support them where possible), and went in just now to make a deposit.....and the ONLY options are credit card and Ecocard. WTH? Even if I deposit via CC, I will have to wire transfer any winnings, which I refuse to do as I use e-wallets.

Wouldn't you think the first thing they would do is have all their ducks in a row in regards to payment methods? Neteller, Skrill and others are absolutely VITAL to cater for the majority of players.

So, now I have to wait until they actually setup Neteller or Skrill. Trouble is, by then I might have been put off them altogether.

I really hate to say it, but I think this whole launch has been poorly handled, and poor handling of one thing often means poor handling of other things. It's a shame really.

Withdrawal limits - I have confirmed that the max withdrawal per week is $4k. For large wins, arrangements can be made with our cashier team to get the player funds quicker. For the min withdrawal, currently the software only allows a minimum of $100. We have put in a request to have this changed to lower the limit. I know it's not ideal and I agree that $100 is high, but we are trying to get this fixed ASAP. We will amend the limits on the site to reflect what is current until we can make that change. We have every intention of having the min withdrawal limit at $20.

No 1 rated casino - this has been removed.

Winner/Jackpot feed - we are a new casino and do not have a lot of data of our own. As a result we took a feed supplied by the software company displaying wins on the network. We have requested a feed that is specific to our group and will be updating this in the very near future.

For those asking about the affiliate program, I am working hard at getting this up and running before the Barcelona conference. I am hoping by next week we will be ready to go live.

BetonSoft is simply painful casino software to play on and there isnt much enjoyment in it for me. Plenty of US facing sportsbooks use it and it just plain sucks. Man do I miss the good ole days of Microgaming and Playtech. Nothing again Reel Spins but there is absolutely nothing about your casino that sets you apart from any of the other BetonSoft casinos. One way to impove the software would be to DEAL FASTER. Blackjack is painfully slow and Video Poker is the same way. You would think the programmers would have realized that the more hands you play the more the casino makes.

I think he may have meant BetSoft, which is distinct from BetOnSoft, and I'm not aware of any sportsbooks using BetOnSoft, but I know there are sportsbooks using BetSoft. Easy thing to confuse.

My account problem was solved by Affcash.

I was able to deposit $ 50 and took the 150% bonus (total balance of $ 125 w/ 3K WR). Worked the balance up on a few different slots to approx 160 or so. Decided to play a bit of blackjack and made it to approx $ 300.00 in little to no time...maybe 10 minutes at most. Not sure if I would have made playthrough as I started betting crazy on purpose. I've played betonsoft software prior so the games were no surprise. I tend to think they are a break from depositing at the same few casinos over and over. Do I wish the games were better, yes.

Overall so far I view the casino as a change of scenery, and the rep seems friendly / competent. He handled this thread well, although I would have liked to have seen more back and forth responses to really get a better feel for him, but I know he has other job duties.

In the end I'm sure I will deposit in the future. Likely will be for the table games though as they have very nice limits (elite ones). Slot play will likely only happen if my wife is playing with me or I'm just bored.
