I would like to thank everyone so far for the feedback, both positive and negative. The purpose of going live with CM first and doing a BOF was to have players try us out and help iron out the kinks. I understand that some of you are not to keen on design elements of the site (No 1 Rated) and appreciate your opinions. I will address this with our team and see about having it changed.

In regards to the lack of deposit options or trouble with depositing, as stated in my previous post, there was miscommunication with the timing of the launch and our Cashier on the Play For Real Money side is not fully set up yet. For players who have noted the lack of currencies and language support, our brands are focused in the USA. At present time I am not sure if there will be multi currency or other languages.

We do have another brand, Slotter, that is also a new casino; however, the exclusive CM bonus for Reel Spin is independent of Slotter and should work regardless. If anyone experiences trouble with the coupon codes because they have a Slotter account, please let me know and I will help sort you out.

RE albrco123's question on the max withdrawal, I will have to get back to you on the weekly/monthly limit. I believe it is 2k/week, but I will double check and let you know for sure and update the T&C's at the same time.

Cleveland, I haven't forgotten about you, I'm waiting to find out the details of your ban and hopefully will have it sorted for you in the AM.

We are uber spoilt here in Europe with loads of good casino's and no restrictions on any software so for USA players this might defo be a bit of a change from let's say RTG games.

I wasn't overwhelmed myself with the slots and they seem very low variance.
Would like to know the average RTP figures,can't find them anywhere.

But also agree on some comments to give these guys a chance.
Once this casino is fully up and running I will defo do a deposit and see how things will turn out.

The freebee was too short lasting to have tried all the slots and their feel of play.

This is a very fair point.

For non US players though, we can play these slots at for example Tropezia Palace (not accredited, but decent all the same), without a $2k weekly withdrawal limit. It's that limit that puts me off.

Just wanted to share my experience with Reel Spin.

I took their No Deposit bonus and quickly lost it. Then I deposited $20 more (NO BONUS TAKEN) with my card and went to Yeti Hunt.

After some time in the game (bet size was $2.25), I got Free Spins, and on the last free spin got 4 Scatters, which paid me $202.5

I think it is a very important piece of information for a slot player.

IMO just as a player is entitled to know where a casino is licensed - so that he knows what he is getting into, he is also entitled to know the parameters of each casino game - so that he knows what he is getting into.

Having made a deposit of $20 and made the wagering with a balance of $65 (after the $30 bonus was removed), I find out that the minimum withdrawal is $100.

This isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the help file. It's only stated when you try and make a withdrawal of under $100. Pretty poor if you ask me.

I am from Germany, registration and bonus claim was fine, but no other method to deposit or to withdraw then eco (whatever this is) and Visa. The only currency is dollar.
I think this is no Casino for European players and looks for me unfinished and not professional.
