Becareful playing BJ on Betonsoft. It has one of the most streaky i've ever seen...
 
I think he may have meant BetSoft, which is distinct from BetOnSoft, and I'm not aware of any sportsbooks using BetOnSoft, but I know there are sportsbooks using BetSoft. Easy thing to confuse.

I did confuse the two. Good catch and my apologies. Betsoft has very buggy blackjack, so bad you can tell if you are going to win or lose a blackjack hand by the pause after you take a hit. Betonsoft BJ and VP is just painfully slow.
 
I tried to withdraw $90 dollars told min is $100 ,then I am in uk so have to pay fee etc I suppose ,that is a bit wrong IMO - I closed my account as I don't agree with the withdrawal system it sucks. and the site does not look like a gaming site. looks like kids site for games

As stated before, there is a limitation with the software that only allows a min withdrawal of $100. We are currently waiting on the software company for a fix.

And what fee for UK players are you referring to?

I've read some of the other posts (not all) so if I'm repeating someone else's I apologize.
But after my experience with Reel Spin, I now have the tolerance threshold of your average two year old on a red cordial bender. Joined up, deposited along with my bonus.
Worst mistake ever!!! Couldn't go two spins without an internal flash error. Talked to chat, as usual they advise: update flash player. Did that. Didn't help. Cleared cookies AGAIN, did a reg clean, drive wipe...waxed the kitchen floor, whatever I could think of. Didn't help. No...wait, now I can have FOUR spins without a flash error. Reloaded the casino. Turned off firewall. Reloaded again. OMG...Five spins. I'm giddly with success. I wonder if anyone realizes how long it takes to get rid of $50 five spins at a time! Nervous Breakdown continues..damage estimate to follow..

To be fair, it appears to be an error at your end on your PC, which you can't really blame the casino for.....if it was the software, I expect we would have seen multiple complaints of the same nature by now.

What OS are you using? AV? Firewall? Some techies here might be able to assist.

Also, have you tried the flash browser based version?

Using Windows 8 with the standard windows firewall (turned off for installation)
and yes, even the flash browser did the same thing.
Normally I would assume this problem was caused by my crappy old desktop.
Problem is, in 8 years of online gambling...I've never had this problem before.
And I've had some Really :o crappy computers.

Browser; IE8 and newest version (number escapes me right now) of flash downloaded from adobe.
I have considered using my desktop as a gigantic paperweight, but am moving soon, and don't want to upgrade til after the new house is built. It's amazing that I can't get a computer to survive a 'professional' mover, but I once moved a desktop in a wheelbarrow (don't:rolleyes:at me, I know, I know) to no detriment at all...go figure

If you must use IE (:cool:) try upgrading it to 10

So I was lucky enough to make the WR and now i have $111. Turns out the minimum withdrawal for check is $350...sooo I am told I have to deposit $21 and then withdraw the $121 minus a $9 fee. Not a bad deal I guess.

Just didn't see anything about a minimum for the check. I was hoping to make out with $75 after the $25 fee...It was pending in my cashier even though I sent in my documents 2 days ago, So i went to live chat and they told me about the minimum being $350.


So to summarize, the only way to cash out $100 is with paymycard, and for that they require you to deposit the minimum ($21). So i Just have to wait to load my card and hope it works here.

Not played BetOnSoft for a long while - but I certainly don't remember it being as crap at this!

Sorry, should have mentioned I'm operating on XP, which won't run IE 10. :confused: what should I do now? Any help greatly appreciated. I must say though, the only problems I've ever really had at other casinos are the occasional REALLY slow tournament; which I gather is not uncommon; that being said, anything that would tighten the screws so to speak, would be received with thanks :thumbsup:

Bit of a download fan myself KK...they never seem to have the games I want on Flash.

I don't understand how US players could be bitchin about this casino's software with the very few choices we have I'm thankful for something besides RTG which I have always hated. I play at the Genesys Group and I only have that flash problem on certain video slots I'm running old ass XP and have slow internet problems all the time. I just signed up at this new REEL SPINS haven't played yet so I don't have an opinion on this casino just happy happy its not RTG.

I also want to mention how thrilled I am with the new Intertops Casino :yahoo: Intertops is the most trustworthy casino I have ever dealt with. I miss Microgaming of course anybody know if we will ever be able to play that software again?

I think I might have missed something. Are you playing the download version or the flash version? Some of your posts indicate its the download version.

I am running windows 7 home premium and flash is current IE10is current explorer version but I use fire fox and have it set as default browser and current on flash there as well and I also have flash crash issues with bet on soft games most notably lucky leprechaun but occassional crashes on other games. I do notice when i play flash games I have 2 flash programs showing in my task control panel however both are the same version for fire fox if anyone figures out the crashing fix please let me know Thanks!

Why is this casino asking for the last 4 digits of social security # in order to make a deposit? I'm trying to make a deposit. I'm not trying to apply for a home loan.

I tried signing up last week but was denied because of the security questions. I failed answering a question that had no right answer. The choice none of the above was not a choice and allother choices were wrong.

I mentioned this to the casino but so far...I have not been approved to deposit. I explained to them why I failed the security test and told them they need to add this choice. Hope others that fail also tell htme why.

The No Deposit worked just fine, never did end up making a deposit and using the match code. I was waiting on confirmation from the rep that the cashier was ready to go and that everything would work. Yet by a few of the comments I'm guessing at least credit/debit cards are working?
 
I know that I don't post to the forums very often, but the last time I checked I understood that any Casino that attempted to limit Progressive Jackpot payouts was a big "No No" , but the T & C of acceptance to install the software limits ALL payouts to 9,990 per month.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong, but if a message states that the promotion expires on the 7th, doesn't it mean it would expire at midnite tonight which would make it the 8th....I spoke to Peter thru live chat and he said the the nd code expired today which is the 7th. If I got this wrong I truly apologize, but it's Monday so..yeah..

Just an update, I never deposited there and tried to close may account (again) on chat. These lot have dodgy chat portals whereby you can't e-mail the transcript to yourself or copy it as it disables the copy function.

Sorry for my absence the last few days as I was in Barcelona at the Affiliate conference. I'm just playing a bit of catch up today as its my first day back, but please be patient and I will try to get to everyone as soon as possible.

Off the bat though, dunover's issue with the unsubscribe link has been fixed. This was not intentional but an error with the code being pulled into our mailer that was causing the problem. In regards to closing the account, it is not uncommon for an operator to ask a reason for the closure (in case of gambling problems etc, we need to know this information). I assume the agent was requesting you to send an email, as our casino uses email address as your account name/login info, but I can't say for certain until I do some digging.
 
Cell Phone required ??

I've been sitting on the fence watching and waiting, and decided to give it a try today. I had 2 lengthy chat sessions that were very friendly and informative. No red flags to any of my questions and I like the paymycard option for withdraws.


So I downloaded the software and went to register an account only to find that cell phone number is a required field, but not home phone number. This is not acceptable to me. I don't mind giving you my home phone and hope you wont spam me to death as I have had happen in the past with other casinos, but I am not taking that chance with my cell phone. I rely on my cell phone to get important calls and for use at work( I wish work would pay for it...haha).
I could just enter my home phone here, but then when you ask for proof of my cell phone number....BAM. Didn't you read what you were signing up for.
Too bad, I would have liked to give it a try.

anyway i am not familiar with this software but I found it very very slow....even i I do have a very good and fast connection.........nothing to do with microgaming, rtg and playtech I am familiar with.....
is it my pc or somebody else found the speed unacceptable ?

I know when I had an older Windows XP machine, that was like 8 years old. The software worked horrendously mainly because apparently the graphics take a bit quite a it of memory. Then again I finally upgraded to my new Win 7 machine, the software works much better. Are the spins like super fast, not really but a much better improvement.
I think in the end the software relies that you have at least a fairly new computer, like within the like 4 years. Otherwise expect not a very pleasant experience.

It boggles my mind why any casino tries to open without having all the most poplar banking methods already in place.

I may be wrong, but I'm thinking there may be an issue with the software supplier and webwallets. Back when Mandarin Palace and Treasure Mile and all those started they only had CC deposits, then finally they got Moneybookers. I played at one of them a couple of times and then stopped for awhile and the next time I thought about playing I discovered Moneybookers was no longer an option. I asked in live chat just to make sure and they said they no longer could accept Moneybookers deposits. Even though it was still plastered all over their website as a deposit and withdrawal option. :rolleyes:

Does anyone play at any other BetOnSoft casinos or have any accounts? It would be interesting to know if the lack of deposit methods is a software wide issue. And if it IS, it would kinda make me wonder who dumped whom....and why.

I've tried a lot and eliminated or updated the usual suspects like flashplayer, browser, os, pc, notebook...nothing worked ! As I contacted support at "Treasure Island" to find help, they recognized that I've not made a deposit yet and was only playing the free spins they offered me, so in the end they closed my account (in their words: it's under review) and this is the story so far...:confused:

I get internal error when i play so i never tried to deposit at a betonsoft casino. I feared if i did i couldn't play. I did post this problem a few months back at my forum but support didn't reply so i didn't try again. It was also for Treasure Island and their sister casino. I have gotten it a few times at other Betonsoft casinos but i don't play there enough to care.

What concerns me more is the fact it's taken you weeks to reply in this thread.

If you compare the (lack of) attention in this thread compared to the Baptism of Fire for BetAt and GUTS, it's like night and day.

I also still can't fathom launching a new casino on a scale like this I.e. CM mystery casino and only having two deposit options, and ONE withdrawal option (for me anyway).

I'm fully sympathetic with start up bugs, but this is not about bugs. It's about poor operating decisions and poor customer service. Considering you're the CM mystery casino, you should have someone replying to posts on a daily basis at least.

My decision has been made. I've uninstalled and won't be playing.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The casino was initially launched with US players in mind, hence why we started off with only US depositing options. We always planned to add Neteller and Moneybookers; however, setting up of our accounts was proving to take longer than expected and we wanted to get the product out there for the CM community.

The reason for launching on a "scale like this" was to have informed veteran players able to give feedback, both positive and negative.

And I'm sorry you feel that there has been a lack of attentiveness on my part. I have not had any information to post in regards to cashier options until now, so I have only been checking and responding to PM's for specific issues.

Anyway, as more cashier options become available I will be sure to post in the forum.
