Hi does anyone else have issues with checking transaction history on Red Bet ?

Every time I have tried I get the below error ... tried in both Chrome and FireFox same thing!

We are working on our servers at the moment, which may result in the page being inaccessible for a few minutes.

I had the same error during a period of months when I checked (or tried to check) my transactions so the problem is nothing new. It's a shame they don't seem to get it fixed.

Hope you are well! I would like to shed some light on the Redbet transaction History section.
Apologize for any inconvenience caused, we had some problems before but now that bug has been fixed. Please let us know if you will experience this error in future and we will fix it right away.

Also at Whitebet now the same message since yesterday

Good evening and hello,

I get this exact same message since yesterday at Whitebet.com . There is no way I can reach my account page. Live support mentioned that more people have the same problem and that IT is working on it, but it is taking already quite long.

Apparantly the Casino Blue, Poker and Sports pages are working, but the account and Casino white pages are not, no matter what browser you use etc.

Tried to withdraw my money through live support, but they told me they could not do that manually on their end. Quite annoying.

Have had the same problem for months now. But after i read this tread, i wanted to see if Transaction History was working. And yes, looks like its up and running. :thumbsup:

Only issue i experience is very long loading time on the site.
 
well this is what i have been seeing for 12 hours ? i can log on and access front page but my account and deposit page, then this pops up.
was going to deposit there today but guess that have to wait until tomorrow i hope :)

I'm experiencing the same problem on Redbet for exactly the same time. Nothing I can do expect access Casino Red, Sportsbetting and Live Casino.
Can't access My Account section to withdraw anything. Rather annoying, never had this happen before.

Hopefully they can solve it sooner or later, because I'm assuming everyone is having the same difficulties today?
 
I haven't been able to check my transaction history since Andy left!!!! no bullsXXX :mad: I think he took my transactions with him :p

Hi Marius, I was not talking about Redbet, but about Whitebet.com and since Whitebet is owned by RedBet Ltd and I found this thread about exactly the same error message, I replied to this thread.

Now, 2 days later, it still is not working. Sports is slow, Poker is good, Casino Blue is good, but account and Casino White can not be opened, leading to that error message about working on servers etc.

I can not withdraw, I can not play the Casino White games. It just is a mess since a couple days. Annoying. I understand technical problems are always possible, but for that to take more than 48 hours now on specific pages and most important pages like account is just not done.

So that is why I asked if more people experienced this problem at Whitebet.com. I tried RedBet and that site is working just fine.

Apologies for not coming back to you sooner, bit busy and I can assure you that we treat every case with it's due urgency.

Most probably your problem is related to DDoS attacks we experienced recently. Last week we received an email from a group of hackers threatening to disrupt our services with a DDoS attack should a ransom payment not be made. Our experienced technical team worked hard on preventative measures to counter further attacks with minimal possible downtime.

Unfortunately we have had some problems with our mail server during those days, this issue was related to the DDos attacks we experienced and I can inform you than now has been solved. Also there may be a possibility of intermittent outages across our services during that time so we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I will be most grateful if you could PM me the following:

• Can you kindly tell us which browser and the version number?
• Are you on Mac, Linux or PC user ?
• Have you tried another browser on the same machine?
• I assume you've tried to reload the page, yes?

Hopefully some of this will help us narrow your issue down a bit.
