REDBET messing me around with verification

Any casino which is accredited should be stripped of it if there reps do not login in for X amount of time.
A way to help is to enter info/experiences in the casino data threads @Casinomeister keeps putting on the board; he's forever asking for feeedback from members :)

blimey hercules was only ordered to carry out twelve labours, when will this end, why a selfie now after all this time? Still maybe you are making a bit of progress, but it seems OTT for a £40 withdrawal.

I can live with a selfie but its the bank statment thing over and over AGAIN Ive sent them 4 now and they never had an issue before

But metalcasino who verified me last year same time as redbet just proceed £400 withdrawl in minutes of me Requesting it

There reps are never online so so bad

I guess there is a principle in all this but even so....all this for £40.

I wonder how long it will take for the UKGC to mandate some sort of independent 3rd party to take responsibility for undertaking KYC checks? The sheer amount of these types of issues demonstrates to me that the casinos are either a.) Purposely using these tactics to delay payment or b.) Incompetent. Most likely a combination of both.

Its disgusting There is nothing more I can send regarding proof of my bank !!
 
Have you alerted Bryan that the Rep has not responded to you ? Did you PM rep too?
No and Nope I didnt DM as they not been on for 9 days and another one 1 month and bryan said he did I will do it now

They should get electronic finger print IDs like we have in Sweden. Since 1st of January, I've never have go to through any sort of verification/delayed withdraw what so ever, because I'm the only one who has my finger print. Unless somebody cut off my finger, they can't possibly even log in to any of my gambling accounts/create an account in my name.

I been with them years depo and withdraw all the time no issue, since this new law came in they asked for ID i sent them bank statement driving licencee and proof of adress then got an email

My £40 withdrawls still pending so went in live chat I got told I need to send another form of each of the below again
We need: Another form of ID, Proof of Address and BS**4468

What I sent them is what I send every casino without Issue how is a driving licence proof of id and a bank statement not enough for them ?

So annoying not sure what to do now do they have a rep ?
