I rare complain about casinos as Im pretty choosy as to where I squander my money. But alas my experince at RedBet just now confirms why I wont deposit there again.
Had a few emails through for a 100% Bonus. I hardly ever take a bonus but thought I would give this one a shot. Anyway made deposit added the code and no bonus credited.
So went to live support and got a guy called Zach. Started to explain the issue then realised I had used the wrong code and should have used the one from the email I got today.
Told him this , and to be honest Im not really phased if they would not credit it, as it was my fault. But after writing my sentances the only reply i got was
""Hmmm ok"
I waited
and waited
and waited some more. After 15 minutes of silence I asked if any one was there ?
No reply
Waited until around 20 minutes had passed sent one last message as a last attempt to get some attention.
Nothing - seems like CS had gone to sleep.
Truly crap! I dont care about the bonus, I do care about customer support. I would hate to think if it had been a serious problem I was facing how it would have gone.
Sorry redbet I know I dont deposit often at your site but wont be depositing again after this.
CS in my book is a front line service that should be on the ball 24/7 - especially today where it truly is a players market.
