I rare complain about casinos as Im pretty choosy as to where I squander my money. But alas my experince at RedBet just now confirms why I wont deposit there again.

Had a few emails through for a 100% Bonus. I hardly ever take a bonus but thought I would give this one a shot. Anyway made deposit added the code and no bonus credited.
So went to live support and got a guy called Zach. Started to explain the issue then realised I had used the wrong code and should have used the one from the email I got today.

Told him this , and to be honest Im not really phased if they would not credit it, as it was my fault. But after writing my sentances the only reply i got was

""Hmmm ok"

I waited
and waited
and waited some more. After 15 minutes of silence I asked if any one was there ?

No reply

Waited until around 20 minutes had passed sent one last message as a last attempt to get some attention.
Nothing - seems like CS had gone to sleep.

Truly crap! I dont care about the bonus, I do care about customer support. I would hate to think if it had been a serious problem I was facing how it would have gone.

Sorry redbet I know I dont deposit often at your site but wont be depositing again after this.

CS in my book is a front line service that should be on the ball 24/7 - especially today where it truly is a players market.

Rant over ....


And its back to videoslots where the cs are always on the ball :)

Zachariah is getting sacked in the morning :cool:

By far the the most ignorant CS example I've seen. I know they deal with several queries at the same time but to put someone on hold for that long with that attitude needs a dressing down.

Definitely not befitting of a top casino :mad:

Yup good people it was cronic. Im over it now though and managed to loose £35 quid a videoslots :cool:

I dont wanna get anyone fired - but feel I have a right to rant when support SUCKS!

Time to look through the accred list again to see where next to play ;):D:eek:

The service at videoslots is the very best in the business ive ever come across. They also stand out for me because they processed two withdrawals on Christmas day last year in minutes!

Yep VS are the best on all counts. I also had a withdraw last xmas day on the night and on New years day both processed within minutes. Now thats the way to run a casino backed up with really good support. The latter which in my experience yesterday very lacking at redbet!

I doubt he meant to leave you hanging there . It was prob a problem like their CS servers had gone down or something . Or somehow your chat got inadvertently blocked/closed

Thinking for 20 or more minutes ? no thanks.

and it would not have taken a second to tell me he was working on it. The chat was working fine no problems my end ...
if the server had stalled so would the chat software. Not a good enough excuse. And no follow up email either which should have been standard if the chat
there end had crashed. And they had read my messages i had sent. Matters not I vote with my wallet :)

If my memory serves Redbet always ask for my details to answer basic questions.

For instance: I would ask for a link to the bonus T&C.
Their response: Name, & DOB.

I would then ask them why do they need those details and they would go silent.
My guess: as soon as you connect to chat they know who you are by IP tracking.

I have dealt with a lot worse CS before though.

EDIT sorry: I'm thinking of Red Flush. All these 'red' casinos are confusing.

Coral live chat is by the far the worst I have every used, and consistently so.

The lie, they leave you waiting 20-30 mins before come back to you, tell you they know better than you as they work in support (that was in response to me saying www.coral.co.uk was not an email address) and don't have a clue what they are doing with anything you ask them.

You should have pressed him instantly after his silly first reply. Don't let him off the hook until you have a satisfactory answer. Don't wait to get treated well - demand it!
