Resolved Red Flush Casino Withdrawal

I received the promotional mailing in August for Red Flush Casino. I have been a Vip regular with Jackpot Factory and Fortune Lounge for years, and have not tried a new casino in that time. However, I checked this web site regarding Red Flush, thought it might be fun to start up with a new, presumably reputable casino, and of course I liked the sign-up bonus!:D

I made a series of deposits from the period 8/17/08 though 8/27/08, for a total of $989. On 8/29/08, I had a winning streak and cashed out $4000. I decided to have $2000 withdrawn to my QuickTender account and $2000 to be sent to me by couriered check. I figured that this would give me a good idea of the casino's quickness in paying out winnings. (As an aside, all of my withdrawals from Jackpot Factory and Fortune Lounge to my QuickTender account have consistently been paid and in my QT account with 24 hours.)

Well, in a true gamblers moment of weakness, I reversed one of the withdrawals before the 24 hour period had expired, and the banking page did not specify which of the $2000 withdrawals was reversed. It turned out the the QT withdrawal was reversed and the check withdrawal remained in effect.

Subsequently I received an email from RF Casino that said that my check request would take 6-8 weeks to process and that they would not charge the courier fee. I replied that 6-8 weeks to process a check withdrawal was unacceptable and would they please cancel that request and send my winnings to my QuickTender account. They replied that that was not possible, as the check method withdawal was already processed, though it would take 6-8 weeks to get to me.

on 9/2/08 I sent a PM to Martyn Beacon, the affliate manager for RF Casino on this forum, asking for his assistance. On 9/4/08, He replied that he would look into it and see what could be done. On that date I received another email from RF Casino that stated that Marty had contacted them. They also went on to note that 6-8 weeks was casino industry average for check requests to the US, but as a nice gesture to me, for $50, they would put a stop payment on the check and refund the remaining of my withdrawal ($1950) to my QuickTender account. I immediatelly replied to the email, YES, please cancel the check, charge me $50, and send the remainder of the money to my Quicktender account.

By 9/9/08 (5 days) I had yet to see the winnings in my QT account and again sent a PM to Marty requesting a status. He contacted RF Casino and I received an email from them that said they never received my reply requesting the winnings to be paid to my QT account. But, if I would just reply to their email, they would ensure that this was done. I again replied immediately, YES, please cancel the check, and send the remainder to my QT account. And, I asked, please reply and acknowledge that you have received my email. No response from RF Casino. Again, I PM'd Marty asking that he contact the casino and ensure they had received my request and I even gave Marty my QT account information to ensure that everyone had the correct details. To date I have received no replies. I would note that I use my email numerous times daily and all other emails I have sent to recipients have been received with no problems.

So, I initiated a payout on 8/29/08, there is a check request out there that may or may not have been stopped, and there is no money in my QT account, and no information or contact of any kind from RF Casino.

According to both Marty and RF Casino, it is my fault for not being informed that checks to the US are taking 6-8 weeks to process, and to honest, I may have missed those posts in the America forum. However, I don't believe the "we never received your confirmation email" response (repeated responses) while all of my other emails have had no problem going through (which also included my identity confirmation emails, and a copy of both sides of the credit card I used to deposit, all of which were received with no problem).

Any help would be appreciated.

I've sent a PM asking for comments from the rep, [profile]martynbeacon[/profile], on this ... wswws.

Hi PackerBacker, As this is more payment related its probably best I get the CS manager on the case and deal with it as I do not know.

I know that we have spoke but regarding the above statement I dont ever recall laying blame on you?

I have already sent this ont o be dealt with and you should be contacted soon.

Update:

I received the check today for $1965 ($2000-$35 courier fee). To be fair, it probably actually arrived late last week, but we evacuated due to Hurricane Ike and the post office held our mail. So, the check actually took 2 weeks to arrive from my withdrawal request date, not the 6-8 weeks that I was told. 2 weeks for a US check seems very reasonable.

Now, my big question for the Red Flush host. Can I cash it, or has a stop payment been issued for it? (there were no funds deposited in my Quicktender account)

that is wonderful packerbacker wtg, i knew red flush would get this to you and i must say for courier to usa it was pretty fast imo. thank you red flush for being the casino i knew you were. and thank you to martyn:thumbsup: for helping packerbacker, and of course and maxd:thumbsup::thumbsup: i sure do love happy endings.

enjoy your winnings and may you have much blessing with them packerbacker.

Hi PackerBacker,

Thank you for your patience. As you had requested the Check cancelled we immediately notified the banking processor and we generally only receive confirmation that the Check has been cancelled within 5 business days. I have been in constant communication to get it cancelled ASAP. We would also only pay you to your Ouicktender account once the banking processor has confirmed that the Check has been cancelled, hence the reason you did not see any funds in your Quicktender account.

Now that you received the Check, I am confriming with our banking processor and will e-mail you personally to confirm if you can indeed cash the Check or we will be paying you to your Quicktender account.

Although is is great that you have received your Check much earlier than we all anticipated, I would still strongly advise all US players to never choose Check as thier preffered method of payment. I would go so far as to saying that you have been one of the few players that did receive their Checks within a reasonable time frame as there are numerous problems with issuing Checks to US players and this problem is not specific to Red Flush.

This is the reason we have stated that it could take anything from 6 to 8 weeks to receive your Check as from our experience this has been the norm. It is never our intention to hold on to your winnings. If I had the ability, I would have your winnings in your hand the moment you made a withdrawal, however the reality is that we rely on third parties i.e our banking processors to get these winnings to you and we have to work within their time frames.

You may have seen other postings regarding this issue and I encourage all US players to choose one of the following alternatives.

Wire Transfer - 3 to 7 business days at a $25 Wire Fee.
UseMyWallet - This is applicable to players that have an existing account.

I hope that this gives you some indication of the consistent problems with we as Casinos experience with paying US players via Check and I haope that this experience has not changed the way you feel about playing at Red Flush. We value every player and will always do our very best to ensure that you have a great experience with us.

my cashout experience

Thanks. No word yet.

I made a cashout on August 28th having a check sent by courier mail, received a email from RedFlush stating this: I am happy to inform you that your withdrawal for XXX.00 has been processed by our banking team and shall be sent to you via courier check as you have chosen this option as your preferred method of payment. Please note that this usually takes between 2-5 business days via Fed-Ex.
On August 6th I still not receive the check, talked with CS (Joshua) and he said that the bank only processes them 2 days after the request and assured me that I would receive the check by Friday. No check on Friday Aug. 8th, again contacted CS (Jeff) he said something happened with the courier and now I would receive the check in 4 to 7 days, thats when I brought my issue to this forum. (On a previous thread). I PM Martyn and I did finally receive my check on that following Monday, ONLY it was sent by USPS (cost $5.32), not via FED EX, that I paid $35 to have the check sent.

I PM Martyn(on August 11th)regarding the reimbursement of the $35, since they did not provide the service I paid for and Martyn replied to my email on August 12th, stating he would PM the people at Red Flush and see if they could sort things out. That is the last time I heard from anyone from Red Flush. Needless to say, I have never went back to play there! We are talking a measly $35 and thats the treatment I received. IMO they didn't ensure that I had a great experience.
On a positive note: "I found playing at Red Flush casino, I found the games played very fair compared to most of the casino's I have played at"

Way t'go Phillip, thanks for sorting that one out.

He's on the ball that lad, I'll get you a beer next time I see you

Phillip still seems to have given a vague answer here though regarding how fast our cashouts will be processed back to our "UseMyWallet" account...he stated that a "Wire Transfer" would take from 3 to 7 business days but then on the "UseMyWallet" option he simply says:

"UseMyWallet - This is applicable to players that have an existing account"

I think we all already know that "UseMyWallet" is applicable to players that have an existing account...;) BUT how long will it take you guys to process our cashin back into our "UseMyWallet" account...another words is it a matter of a few hours or a day or two...How Long...:what:

Hi RobWin,

Please do accept my apology for not including this information. Once we have processed your withdrawal to your UseMyWallet account, it generally takes between 2 to 3 business days to reflect in your account. I have yet to have a player complain about not receiving his withdrawal on time after being paid to his/her UseMyWallet account. If you have been playing online for a number of years you would remember Neteller and how fast your withdrawals would be processed to that account. UseMyWallet is just as fast and I would encourage all US players once they have been with any online casino for a period of 3 months or more that they contact support and request a UseMyWallet account. You will then be on your way to hassle free withdrawals and you could also deposit without getting rejected which US players know all to well.

I would encourage anyone that has a withdrawal query to contact our support if you need any assistance and I would be more than willing to assist you personally to resolve the matter.

P.S Dambusted, I would certainly like to investigate your withdrawal, please send me your details on a PM.

Regards
Phillip

I was notified by Philip from the casino that a stop payment was requested on my check on Monday 9/15. Therefore the check I have in hand is no good. He stated that they needed 5 days to receive confirmation of the check cancellation, after which time they will process my winnings to my Quicktender account.

Philip, today is day 5. Could you confirm that the check has been cancelled and the withdrawal initiated to my Quicktender account?

Thank you.

I have sent two PM's to Philip at Red Flush casino, along with an email. No response.

Philip, you stated that you had requested a stop payment on my check last Monday. Have you received your confirmation yet, so that you can process my winnings through Quicktender?

Could someone from Red Flush Casino just contact me please? If there is a delay for some reason, I can live with it, but please, just COMMUNICATE with me

BTW, I won at Jackpot Factory last night, flushed my withdrawal and the funds are now in my QuickTender account. Thank you Jackpot Factory!

This is starting to sound like a stalling tactic by Red Flush Casino...they have now had a week to stop payment on the check and deposit the funds into your QT account...unacceptable !! I think I would go ahead at this point and PAB with Max and let him look into this considering they have chose not to communicate with you regarding this matter...

....and after the PAB you will get paid.....still.
I wouldnt play there anymore.(as i did unistall em long ago)
They just wanted to gain time....they did.
