I registered in You must register/login in order to see the link. about week ago. They offered 10€ for new players, max withdrawal for this bonus was 50€. Today i received funny email :

Thank you for using our services!

We are writing to you in regards to your recent withdraw request; unfortunately we had to refuse this request ID xxxxx due to the fact that according to our Terms and Conditions the maximum winnings generated by using the Welcome Bonus and associated with the Welcome Bonus are limited to EUR 5.

Please advise if we can be of further assistance in this or any other matter, and we will be standing by to be of service by E-Mail.

Wishing you the best of luck in the gaming,

50€ is not much money, but max withdrawal for this bonus is only 5€? Can they change rules after making rollover? :D

No, they can't. Well... they can, but that would make them a rogue casino! :(

Do you have black & white proof that they said the max withdrawal was €50?
Was it stated in the e-mail you got?
Was the e-mail direct from the casino, or possibly from an affiliate?
Or did you see the terms on their website somewhere?

    So many questions!

    I looked at their site but didn't see a €10 free-chip promo.
If you have proof - you could Pitch-A-Bitch.

    Welcome to the forum!
