Quicktender declined my credit card transaction. Does anybody know if this happens a lot? Also, can i just go to wal mart and buy a prepaid visa and make a deposit into a casino, or Quicktender for that matter? Then should i keep the card after using it ( probaly a dumb question ) ? You guys always have the best answers. Thanks!

quicktender refused my cc also yesterday i just signed up- i use netspend from vons - i go to shopping market open till midnight and load it - it works about 99 percent at any casino- there is 5 dollar charge for loading it so i load it big to last me :)

ksb11,

Did you verify your credit card with Quicktender? Your credit card or bank account, whatever you use to deposit, has to be verified before they will let you deposit with it. It has to be a registered card with them.

If you have used this card before, have you had any trouble with QT and this particular card?

You can't just use any card to deposit at quicktender. Has to be registered and verified by them.

I just got an acct w/ them and have never made a deposit. However, i did attempt to make a deposit w/ a credit card i had just registered about 2 minutes earlier. So yes, my credit card is registered w/them

Is it a regular credit card or a prepaid one?

You have to minus $1 from what you are putting in with netspend....say you loaded $100 on your cc then you have to deposit $99 into quicktender.

If it's a regular cc then I have no idea. Maybe they kept ripping people off like they did me, and decided to check on it finally.

The problem might be the bank that your card comes from. There are some banks that won't let gambling transactions go through.

Also, it is a Visa right? Not M/C?

I suggest you go to

and order yourself a prepaid card from them. It's reloadable. You can check for the nearest place to reload the card from the site. You can also load it with Western Union and it's $1 LESS then if you load it directly. Netspend cards usually always work at almost every online casino, as well as Quicktender.

. It works at most all online gambling sites as well, and can be loaded with Moneygram or Western Union I believe.

I load my Netspend card at the Safeway grocery store about 1/2 mile from my home. I go straight to the Customer Service counter, slide my card, enter how much I want to load on the card, give the cs person cash for that amount, and it's instantly on my card.

Make sure you buy the reloadable cards like they offer on the web sites I just mentioned, and not the throw-away gift cards. The gift cards worked well for awhile. Then hardly none would work. They may be working again now, I don't know. But the reloadable card is best.

I have used quicktender a few years now. This happens sometimes. Just mail them and asked why you were denied. They will let you know if it was an error on their side ( it was a few days ago this happened to me ) or if it is your bank.

Do not buy the cards at WalMart as they are GreenDot (Unless this has changed very recently).... Greendot will NOT work.
