I just wanted to open this as a new thread rather than post replies to all related threads so that it could grasp the attention of all faster.

I am sure that if this happens, media/wire may put this out there just as quick or perhaps quicker..but to check on which bills the President signed go to:
Outdated URL (Invalid)

and then, under "Current Activity" (the right hand column) click on "Yesterday in Congress". It updates daily and lists all bills that were signed by Pres. Bush. Keeping in mind (if they were talking 10 calendar days from when it was presented to the President on October 3, the deadline would be tomorrow 10/13).

So what would happen if tomorrow morning Bush were to choke on a pretzel, or fall over on his Segway, and be too ill to sign the bill tomorrow?

It would not be law and would have to be revoted on next year?

He's gonna earn the same amount of resentment/admiration as he hadn't done the above?
