Quasar Gaming gives you every Friday at 16:00 10% back of all deposits made from Monday-Thursday.

Great! Received €12.
Played many hours, get it up to €80 but when I go to see how much I already wagered it staid at €0 the whole day and now since half an hour it sais I have wagered €27
After playing more this does not change. I am quite sure I met or almost met the requirements.

Anyone has had the same problem?
I have to play their EGT games as Novomatic blocked me from my country.

Did you play the same game all along? Or at least the same type of game (e.g. slots)? Were there any strings attached to the 10% promo, or may be a link to the terms?
 
They have Novomatic and EGT slots.
I just played EGT slots. Various of them and all around minimum bet.
The standard 40x applies. That is the only thing stated.

I noticed QQuasar support is offline very often :(

Then obviously the best idea is to stop playing now, log out, check back tomorrow to see what the wagering meter shows, and if does not satisfy you - talk to the support, hopefully it is back up by then.

There has been some threads about no help ect, Someone uploaded a video the other day and I noticed its RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, So I have edited it, What use is a casino with no help?

Sucks really.
Ofcourse I should wait instead of blowing my roll away.
But was so eager to play this weekend. My Neteller is vacuumcleaned untill monday. Energy Casino was so nice to give me a few free chips.
Then I made a nice bank here and for hours I am trying to withdraw it but not any response. Just that stupid €27 wagered.

Livesupport is not there much, but i always got answered emails from the support in 2-3 hours.

Have you checked if all games count towards wagering?

I'm sure the rep will sort it out, she's excellent!
 
They are e great casino.
This same casino gave me €500 bonus for my birthday with 40x playthrough. No max cashout etcetera.
For a low stake player like me this is a challenge but doable and I almost made it.

Nice to play at higher stakes then you are used too.

But in this case Im quite sure I am right.

Today I received an update from the support team of Quasar. There was indeed a tecnical bug which is now solved !
I received the Friday Bonus again and I did already apologize and do again in public my unpatient behaviour.
A little bit more patience and confidence from my side should be on his place from a casino who gave me a €500 birthday present, which is huge for me just for being loyal, and always treated me well.
