and for everybody to understend what I am saying.
last august another great thread about Roshtein was starting on CM and I checked him out on Twitch as I got curios what everybody was raving about. Same day I meet with a friend of mine, that used to work at Mr Green at that time , I showed him the story, the thread and Roshtien's twitch channel, as I was curios his take on the matter , him being with 10 years of experience in affilate and whatever the heck he was doing. We debated about it for a while and he also said he will ask his colleagues about him . 2-3
weeks later Rosh announces he has a new casino Mr Green .you connect the dots if you want.

and I want to elaborate a bit more this topic, cause with all these threads about Rosh I have not managed yet to have my say here about him.
because the discussion I was having with my friend from Mr Green was not about seeing the “proofs” or whatever he is real/fake but from my perspective this is just part of a bigger problem we have right now, our generation , of fake news.
and fake media.
and I am not going to go in to details but if you haven’t heard about it, just watch Cambridge Analytica docuseries on Netlfix.

and my debate was when are all this people going to stand up for themselves and demand regulations , laws , that will put all minds at ease?
Now, in our case here , when you ad in this formula - MONEY in the FAKE news and GAMBLING there can be serious consequences to the wellbeing and well fare of the individuals. and that is why we put people in jail, not cool killing around people.

fake or not fake until this will be regulate by law it will be chaos, and that’s exactly why Hombert or what’s the N1 casino rep’s name, doesn’t even try to achieve such a futile mission. smart man.

so Rosh will keep on doing whatever he is doing cuase there is nobody to go check out on him and see what is he doing there : is it fake ? is it real? .....

I don’t quite agree with the regulation bit . Regulations are coming in , it might be slower than needs to be but they are coming .

You can see it in the last 1-2 years here in the UK and in Sweden . That’s what made so many streamers move to Malta from Sweden . Now we see the likes of Fruityslots hiring streamers in Malta ..... I guess others will follow suit but I also believe that regulations will catch up with them .

The whole thing won’t stay unnoticed , it’s just a matter of time . In the meantime everyone is trying to make the most out of it and the result is what we see on their streams ...

Demand regulations, cause they are the ones , the stremers, that have influnce in the gambling world as well.

you know how all casinos have this rule to remind you you have been gambing for x time and you have done this and that and whatver ?
same kind of should be in my own opinon with a gambling stream as well. because the emotions you are perceving while playing/ watching somebody gamble are same.
so there we go.. we can make it better if we want to !
Roshtein's stream's are 9-10 hours long, that's no way healty to your brain to stay connected with gambling for so long.

what do I personally mean by that !

I play Casino's and I watch Twitch but I would love for Twitch to end casino streaming - I'm actually surprised they (and the public) are tolerant of the fact that a 12 yr old Fortnite fan is, within the same eco system, and only one click away from a gambling channel. IRL a 12 yr old wouldn't get anywhere near a slot machine but on twitch it's not an issue. I mean, there are Fortnite streamers that finish up with Fortnite and switch to Casino Games, automatically taking their less than legal age viewers with them. How is that a thing?

Regulation wont do shit as people will always get around them ..twitch and yt need to take more responsibility ..i reported at least 6 streamers for simulation of other streamers i have never seen one taken down yet and insee the same russian fake streamers stealing videos from months ago if not years ago and making it their own ....the only way you will be able to tell co clusively whats going on is people going to these peoples houses and checking their bank statements etc you will never be able to regulate ANY streams as there are just too many of them

he's probably moding for them.

casue when, in fact, they have no clue how easy they can influence people to gamble.
No, sure, nobody is making nobody gambling, but you when you are an addict there is a specific process that goes in your brain. when you get your fix from somewhere else is does not mean you have dealt with the problem. You are still an addict, you get your fix from somewhere else but for how long can you do that ? And since there has NOT been a research to actually see if the streamers invitation " You are a gambling addict, no problems, we have many of them here." 5 minute later " So , specially for you , my viewers , I have got this new super awesome deal with this casino with this and that bonus ". Nobody this a reasearch to see if this is actually working on not. Cause more often than not I see a lot of addicts around.

So I wonder, where do they got this "expert" advice ? from a bunch for that it worked ? what about for the ones that goes in a state to lose his house on Bonanza ?

now, I don’t want to be a hypocrite myself ,before somebody calls me out, I do have a subscription on Twitch to a streamer. no matter who that is tho.
me, in my day job, my background , my studies, my Master degree is in Human Development Resources . basically , what I do all day long , at work , I deal with people emotions on a broader perspective so I have a very good understanding of how gambling works , addiction but I also like to be entertained. so sue me

at the time my work committments meant i could not commit to the streams at the time they stream so rather than mod intermittently i gave up the sword gave someone else a go and i helped their development ...i only started modding for supersmask again very recently as he streams in late evening ...and he begged me to come out of retirement ...
