I love I love to scroll YouTube and every now and again I come across these soup deep bankrolled streamers and they all are doing these absolutely massive Bonus Buys which sortof baffkes me how they have such confidence in these sites to deposit such large amounts ie 100k,250k when the sites themselves they are claiming to be on have in their terms that they can only deposit a mac of 5k or 10k and ghen the max withdrawl is 10k or 20k per week. I cant understand how this is not some fougassi show in an attempt to gain clicks and views for ad revenue and affiliate bucks... minutes before writing this i watched a guy win like 7.3m million euros which is insane and bigger than most major moolah winners and he didn't even seem as excited as one should with that way and it was absolutely the biggest win ive heard of ever or seen. I the time I came over to write this post he lost over 5milkion euros...🤮 it was on Sugar Rush and i know the felling of the game being highly volitile but nothing of this sorts. Maybe i have a 600 cad swing. But this is unheard of and a really bad precident to be having kids and youth seeing this and thinking this is normal... im sure that these streamers(the ones using real money) are not as they seam on the screen...

Whats strange is the majority of these streamers all have q simmilar m.o. they all are in germany and all have a similar welcom bonus but they are different urls or casino operators and the casinos are kind of not well heard of I've never heard of him anyways I was just wondering if anybody knew something concrete and as a community of folks who enjoy playing to pass time and some of us considered as vip or high rollers dont come close to these numbers.

Also im shocked I haven't heard of any of them being grabbed and held for ransom. There are a lot of hungry people and im sure they are hard to locate...

I'll attach a Pic of the guy that pushed me to write this and I welcome and thank all of your comments and insights...

Are Slot Streamers a Threat to the Online Gaming industry in the UK? You decide - read the article at Casino Gazette!
This was a big write up and I used voice text to maximize efficiency and noticed there isn't any structure to my post.... which is hilarious.

Make sure you take a deep breath for those who read aloud😂

I wouldn't bother wasting your time tracking these guys, they won't be seeing any of that money from their wins, and if they do it will be an absolutely tiny % as part of their contract.

There are different kinds of casino streamer that you'll find, in terms of the relationship they have with their casino:
  1. They only play with their own cash
  2. They only play with their own cash, as well as getting and using bonuses with the same frequency as regular players.
  3. They always get deposit matches with their real cash deposits, and sometimes with special terms to allow for bonus buys, larger bets and bonus hunting.
  4. They essentially play with the houses money but their contracts let them genuinely get a small % of the ridiculous "cashouts" they get .
  5. They play with the houses money and never get to keep anything they win. Whatever they get paid for doing this has no relation to their winnings.
The the one-upping of big wins over the years has eventually led to ridiculous stuff like the above being needed to capture attention and views. Back in the early days of slot streaming, if you'd won a 5000x on a £20 bet, it would be absolutely massive! Pretty sure Nick slots did that once or twice.

Roshtein has been around for a long time and will probably be either on a contract similar to points (4) or (5). His content is one of the contributing problems over the years to this one-upping of big wins.

People who fall in to the (1) category will never be able to play huge stakes and unless they have a very good personality, will likely never garner many viewers. People in the (2) category will have the same fate.

A bunch of the legitimate streamers back in the day would have arrangements similar to (3) where they'd almost always be able to have a bonus and the T&Cs would be super charged and less restrictive. They will have made earnings from affiliate revenue, possibly direct payments for partnering with them and then additionally through affording the streamers with constant bonuses with excellent terms, the streamers would be playing with an edge the whole time and if they werent playing absolutely terrible RTP, would be winning players in the long term due to these bonuses.

Many many streamers are completely fake and all the balance stuff is meaningless as they don't see any of it, it's all about driving viewership and maximising click-through rate on their affiliate links to make money.

I used to watch back in the early days but haven't done so in many many years. From what I remember some people on HUGE stake contracts, such as trainwrecks, earn so much money (8 figures) that technically they might be playing with their own money. I seem to remember reading somewhere that trainwrecks would make 8 figures and also blow 8 figures streaming so he'd end up either making very little or losing some months.

Don't waste your time watching streamers like these and don't give them money by clicking on their links.

As @mulven said above, all of the streamers betting eye watering amounts aren’t playing with their own money.

TrainwrecksTV reportedly gets 8 figures (per month?) to stream gambling on the site he is affiliated to. But he has to gamble in order to get paid. He has to gamble eye watering amounts to get enough viewers to justify his 8 figures. As gambling is a losing proposition, he won’t be retaining a lot of that money, if anything.

I watch one team of streamers who get 300% bonuses on all deposits. They typically deposit €2,500 and receive a €10,000 balance which must be wagered before it becomes money they can withdraw. I’ve seen them turn some deposits into large sums, but they often cannot withdraw €100k+ balances as they will risk losing the deposit bonus (edit: they lose the deal/relationship) with the casino involved (it has happened several times). So in effect that money is not really worth face value if you get what I mean.

I watch another streamer who gets a 50% cash back on all losses. So if he deposits 20k over the week and has 6k in withdrawals, he gets a 50% cash back on the net loss of 14k. But that’s not a deal that the regular gambler would ever get.

The only streamer I watch these days (a German one) is pretty honest what he gets. He gets a non deposit bonus of $3k that needs to be wagered with a max withdrawal of $10k after wagering is complete.

The other day he managed to get his balance up to $50k with $50k wagering left and was left with some $30k of which he could only withdraw $10k - still money for nothing so to speak because he never loses anything unless he does a raw deposit with his own money which he often does after blowing the $3k non deposit bonus in 30 minutes!

I mean it’s ok if they are upfront about their deals and bet with stakes that make sense.

On the other hand, someone like Roshtein is unwatchable as he is very secretive about his deal and his stakes are unreasonable large. I only put him on occasionally so I can be informative about his streams on threads like these lol.

Yeah you can still find a lot of real money streamers, and I find it very entertaining to watch still. I usually sort by lowest viewers and look at people with small balances. Managed to find a lot of people to follow this way!

Well its happened again... my dad was spot on with another cheesy saying... if its too good to be true... its probably isnt true.
Its Funny that yt is now going to regulate these activities.

I guess what makes me feel uncomfortable is just how in your face the advertising and marketing of these operators have been the last several years. I watched a hockey game the other day on cable tv and the only advertisers to occupy the duration of the game auto manufacturers and online casinos and sportsbooks. It just makes me wonder if the gambling industry is now in a situation where coca cola was when it had cocaine as an ingredient, what kind of mess will we be facing as a result and if its really worth it. I've found that the advertising has put me off from playing anything other than low stakes poker.

Thanks all for the comments and i hope you all get lucky!

Late to comment here but I just wanted to say I feel there is a need to regulate it, only because there are way too many kids who get hooked on it, and thinking they also can do $5000 from a penny slot just because they see some streamer hit it almost every week. You know, bad logic, bad maths. And the fact they are seeing these streamers on ads on phone games or apps, that needs to stop. Or, streamers tell clearly they are paid, or that its not real money (then whats the point I guess).

This is my thought exactly I know the platforms hosting the streams have age restriction but I worry what young impressionable kids will begin to think... hopefully that it isn't normal. Thanks for all the input here... there is a Portuguese or Italian couple who ivr come across that I find are fun to watch. Happy gaming and good luck all!
