Casino Complaint Proceed with caution on MoneyGaming

I just made my first deposit to them of 25 pounds via neteller.
On the casino site I got an error message saying transaction not authorized, you will get information soon.
However, in the same moment I got an email form neteller telling me the transaction was done.
I tried to contact moneygaming, but their live chat is offline. Then tried to call them, but no answer. At last I sent an e-mail hoping they'll reply soon.
Isn't it a bit odd for an online casino based in the U.K to not have their support open at 6 pm local time???
Anyone else knowing anything about money gaming?? I'm getting a bit scared here...

If you just have send them an e-mail, then you may want to give them some time to reply.

I see they are offering games from IGT. That alone is usually a good sign.

Maybe some of the UK members here know more about this casino. Looks like a white label casino?

Yes, ofcourse they should get a chance to reply to the e-mail. However I still find it a bit strange they don't offer live chat and don't reply to phonecalls at this time of the day, I mean most players play at night. All other casinos I've been at has live or phone support to at least 9-10 pm local times..

Just had a quick look at them I noticed they have freephone for the UK only (didn`t try ringing them though) I also noticed they are carrying the Alderney seal, i`m with Rainy on this I think you should be ok :).

Was it your own currency equivalent of £25 pounds? Otherwise that could be the problem.

Don't panic. I made deposits and withdraws severel times. The support is great when it's avaliable but don't have a lot of people working there.
