Proc-cyber changes verification process

Not a casino complaint but it has to do with getting your money from them. I received an email from proc-cyber today stating that they have changed their verification process. Now they will mail you 2 pin numbers that you will use to "verify who you are", to proc-cyber. Some of the other e-cash processors already use this system and it's worked out pretty well personally. A person just has to wait for the snail mail to deliver your pin number, but compared to the length of time proc-cyber jerks people around with the other verification process, it should be much faster (hopefully). I guess my complaint is, GIVE ME MY MONEY ALREADY PROC-CYBER! 22 days is plenty of time, and i've sent you everything you've asked for! It's not like your getting rich off of the interest your making on of my money, is it? Thursday of last week i'm told that my funds should be released in 24 hrs if i send them one last item. The very next day i'm told that it will take 3-4 days for the operations team to verify what i sent them! Now, 3 days later i get the e-mail saying they will be sending pin numbers out, which will take how much longer? 5-10 more days. Come on Proc-cyber get your head out of your butt! Sorry had to let off a little steam. I called and talked to someone at proc-cyber today and they claimed they are having problems with syndicate's, and thats why they are changing over to this new system.

Interesting development.

Proccyber has proven to be completely incompetent
with their current system, so my concern would
be how effective would they be with this "new"
system, and how many years it would take for them
to "get it right".

The current system has confused and befuddled
them for 3 years running.

Based on their past history, I wouldn't be
surprised to see this "we're implementing a new system" used as a further excuse to explain any
delays in payments.

I was leary of this 'new system' too when I heard about it, having had more than my share of payout problems with Proccyber in the past. I was quite happy to learn that it is just a one time thing that you have to do when you cashin at one of their many casinos. I was expecting to have to use this new pin system every time I made a cashin somewhere, but that wasn't the case.

The first time you cashin under this new system at a casino, your payout will be delayed while they mail you (by snail mail) a letter with 2 pin codes on it. You then have to call the phone # on it, give them the casino account # that this letter refers to and the 2 pin codes and that's it. Now you are confirmed for that casino and you can play/cashin as usual.

I can say that the slowest part of the whole process was waiting for the snail mail to arrive. I think it took about a week and a half after they told me they were sending this letter. Then after I called and confirmed, my cashins were processed within a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised at that.

So far, it looks like they are getting this one right. We'll see as I (hopefully) cashout at other Proccyber casinos and have to go thru the process again if it continues to be as smooth. Now if they can just figure out why my firepay card never works at Lucky Nugget...

well, today I sent my drivers license to procyber for the 6th time. they always find something wrong with whatever I send them. this has been going on for a month now. I am beginning to believe that I will never see my cash-out. does anyone know of any reputable casino's that do not use procyber? I will never do business with them again. If I can't find one, guess my days as a on-line gambler will be over''''''''''

Look, when your dealing with Proc Cyber your dealing with some real morons. I had to send in my driver's license many times and they still wouldn't accept it. Then I had to send in documents for an ACH verification even though I NEVER requested an ACH from them ever. I waited weeks and was told twice there was a problem with crediting back my Firepay card and that the problem was with Firepay. After another couple weeks and more checking with Proc Cyber I was told that they didn't accept my ID(even though it was a vaild driver's license that they previously accepted 4 or 5 times) and there was no problem with Firepay.

Anyone who runs or owns a casino and uses Proc Cyber has to be crazy. These people lose more customers for a casino then any owner or manager will ever realize.

On the other hand, the E-Processing group is fast, efficent and accurate. Never a problem. I hardly ever play in a casino that uses Proc Cyber anymore, its not worth the frustration of dealing with these people.

Yes, it's unfortunate many good casino operators don't thoroughly investigate players' experiences with Proccyber. Problems with this company go way, way back. They mean well, but they don't seem to have gotten it together even after all these years. I always have my fingers crossed for them believeing that they'll finally get it together. Guess it may take more than finger crossing.

DEAR MERRI;

HANG IN THERE BUDDY. THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD CASINOS THAT DON;T USE PROC-CYBER. GO TO THE WEB SITE OF GONE GAMBLING.COM. THE MAJORITY OF THE CASINOS ADVERTISED ON THE WEB SITE USE OTHER E-CASH PROSESS. CHECK OUT STAR LUCK CASINO, THE GAMING FEDERATION HAS A LOT OF CASINOS THAT USES ALL KINDS OF E-CASH PROCESSING; GOOD AS GOLD CASINO IS ALSO REPUTABLE AND USES ALL E-CASH PROCESSING. DON'T GIVE UP. ALL THE CASINOS I NAMED, I HAVE WON MONEY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CASINOS RECEIVING MY WINNINGS. GOOD LUCK. :lame:
