Problem with documents

Hi

Joycasino wont pay winnings.
Is there really rights to accept only passport on russian casino?
I have find out that another players have sended only national ID and get payment out.
I have sent ID`s and drivers licence+utility bill and screenshot skrill payment.
Everything should be OK, but last night i get message "Rejected, To pass the identification please send us a scan copy of your passport "
Is this only delaying withdraw and waiting that i lose all back or are there some rule that i have to send three types of identification
Just my luck Have been many years same thing, cant win anything but if i win, there is some problems with withdraws
Oh, and there was options ID and Driver licence when i upload my documents....

Everything worked fine, got both winnings within 24 hours.
Accepted id-card.
Withdrawals works best if you make deposits with neteller, skrill or a Visa.
