Prime Partner issues

I noticed on Prime Partners you cannot amend details or payment details. For simplicity, instead of adding IBAN etc. I opted for Paypoo when I had to e-mail the Aff Manager. I checked back and there were still no payment details entered in my account, still the stupid pop-up advising me I have to do changes via e-mail. The aff Man e-mailed back saying she had put my Paypoo name and e-mail in but they won't be visible from my end and the portal is 'being upgraded soon to make it self-administered'. Now according to their terms the pay about the 10th, and I have a small amount due from March, and a bigger amount at present that may remain for April.

Doesn't fill me with confidence that i can't see my payment details, there is no sign of payment in respect of March and I have a sum sitting there now.

Don't and have never worked with them mate, but most programs have minimum payment thresholds, even for wallets such as Paypal, Neteller and Skrill. They most definitely have minimum payment thresholds for wire.

If the amount due is 0 - 100, expect it to roll over to next month. This will continue until the payment threshold has been met. So basically at this moment in time don't sweat. If you want a definitive answer regarding Prime Partners and their backend regarding inputting your payment method, best head over to the Affiliate Guard Dog forum and ask there. As most definitely one of the webbies over there will know.

Cheers, The paypoo threshold I am over and she said after I posted this she'd sort the payment this week, and hasn't. I'd advise people to give this lot a miss. Doesn't respond quickly or at all to e-mail so have removed them. Just no confidence in them.

Regarding payment method update

Hi,

Yes. There is a minimum for payment on wallets of 30 EUR. Regarding the updating the payment method, we have a an internal system based on Sales Force which enables us to update details internal only and this is a requirement from our finance department. We are working also on updating that and there should be a way for the affiliate to update himself in the near future. I would love it if the affiliate could please contact me personally and provide me with his account details so I can monitor the situation and help the payment go out if required as fast as possible.

I contacted Prime Gaming rep a week ago and heard nothing back. Similarly my e-mails to the so-called affiliate manager have gone unanswered. Still not paid as she promised a week ago.

I stand by my original opinion that I believe it would be prudent to avoid Prime Gaming. Too many things wrong at present.

Update - I haven't been answered by e-mail or rep here but got paid today. I have found it hard work TBH compared to the other programmes, but hopefully they'll get the interface sorted as promised. If this was the work of Prime rep, thanks!
