In the shadow of the prime Casino/Neteller debacle and revelations of Spearmaster's generous PlayTech salary the newbie forum poster TravelMaxx has struggled to have her complaint properly heard and considered. In the circumstances a new and seperate thread is warranted. The short facts of the matter are (correct at your leisure):

Player deposits and obtains 100% sign-up bonus within days of Prime Casino amending T+Cs which now oblige playing thru the EZ/Clearpay weighted 30B requirements.

The player states she withdrew deposit plus winnings prior to fulfilling the WRs under the mistaken belief that EZ/Clearpay bonus rules applied.

The players mistaken belief was reinforced by advice contained within the Cashier section at Prime Casino which maintained that the "cash" portion of the players balance was withdrawable. Such advice is consistent with the principles of the EZ/Clearpay bonus structure as widely promoted by MG since its introduction nearly a year ago.

The players deposit was subsequently returned to her e-wallet account minus the winnings. Prime Casino will not entertain returning the funds to the casino account to fulfill bonus playthru requirements.

Prime Casino concede the instructions within the Cashier section are inconsistent with the newly amended bonus T+Cs explaining such anonamly is beyond their control. Players are expected to ignore advice contained within the Cashier section in favour of the web site published bonus T+Cs.

The players seeks the opportunity to play out the bonus T+Cs with her original deposit and winnings.

The players deposit was subsequently returned to her e-wallet account minus the winnings.

in my understanding, this bit was more like:

The players deposit and winnings were returned to her e-wallet account. Two weeks later, the funds were charged-back by the casino, and Neteller capitulated to allow this "reallocation" based out of "technical error".

i cannot see how no one's behind the machines when the casinos process the withdrawals, especially when they say they can't stop players from doing this despite it's being restricted by their terms. surely if playthrough is mandatory, they can just deny the cashout and return ALL the money for the player to continue with as if the cashout had never occurred. first paying it and then charging-back, and THEN voiding the winnings, is not at all fair imo and i hope others share in this opinion. i feel an analogy coming on...

a slave plantation. there is a water fountain near the storage sheds, and as slaves pass by after dropping loads off to the sheds, they may pause for a quick drink. now one night the master finds a slave in bed with his wife, so he decides to punish the slaves. now he is going to only allow a drink after every 5 bales a slave delivers. naturally some slaves are out in the field when the master first appointed a guard to the fountain to enforce the new rule, and when they drop off their bales the slaves head to the fountain for a drink. at this point the guard has every opportunity to inform them they can't drink for four more cycles, but instead he allows them to drink and then whips them for abusing their privilege.

it just isn't cricket.

To be fair, you have not completed the whole story.
Maybe you didn't read all of the other thread? (I know I didn't - it was making my eyes bleed!)

In the end the casino gave the player back all his/her money, including winnings, and allowed them to complete the WR in the normal way.

Believe me, as was as aghast as anyone when I read Josh's earlier posts and simply could not understand his reasoning (or lack of it). But in the end he did 'see sense' and agree the casino's actions were unfair. He has put it right & promised not to do it again.
Personally that is good enough for me, as time will be his judge. If his casino tries to pull this type of stunt again, that would be the time to come down on him like a ton of bricks.

We don't get enough casino reps posting here and this matter has highlighted exactly why. The guy's human; he made a mistake, apologised (sort of), put it right & promised not to repeat it. The player also admitted they made a mistake (not checking current T&C's) and was happy with the final outcome. So why can't everyone just let it go?

The only thing that should be carried on is why on earth Neteller allowed the 'chargeback', especially so long after the original withdrawal. This is the big & worrying issue here now.

So why start a new thread simply titled "Prime Casino'?
That does not even hint at what your complaint is about.
In fact, what is your complaint exactly?

TravelMaxx's winnings never hit Neteller, so this is an entirely different situation. That's why OP created a new thread.

revelations of Spearmaster's generous PlayTech salary ...

Do you guys ever give up? CERTAINLY, there must be another forum or site that meets with all the criteria that perfectionists such as yourself have come to expect. I mean, obviously, Casinomeister and it's members fall far short of your expectations. So why do you bother to continue coming here? Other than to be an annoyance that is?

FTR, just as Spearmaster stated, there are tons of people from this forum who knew where he worked. So there was no big "revelation". You sound like a drama queen. Surely, there must be something better to do with your time in Australia?

There was no need for another thread. I think the rep made it pretty clear in the other thread that his mind is made up. Maybe the OP should take up her concerns with Microgaming directly, as it's their software that allows the withdrawal. It's up to people to read the terms WHEN they make their deposit, period. Not two days prior to when they make it, WHEN THEY MAKE IT!! Clear enough for ya Pangloss? Had he/she read them, I'd assume they would realize they had come nowhere near to fulfilling the wagering requirments. And don't give me the stuff about I didn't understand them. You know what I do when I don't understand something? I CONTACT SUPPORT!!!!! What a novel idea, eh?

This thread is -so- unnecessary now...

: sigh :

This person pangloss is talking about never had a Neteller cashout. This cashout was denied by Prime -before- it went to the e-Wallet (and this was proper). While Josh was busy doing damage control for the two guys who had their Neteller accounts charged back, this TravelMaxx showed up and tried to insert their complaint into a very hot and furious thread. That was a big mistake, but in the end, I believe Josh's response would have been the same whether or not a separate thread was created.

Basically this person made a deposit, went all in on one wager, won, and then tried to cashout. Of course the winnings and bonus were voided. They claim they didn't understand the terms, or that the terms were intentionally confusing.

I side with Josh here based on what both sides have said. A player does not have right to plead ignorance and demand a second chance. Josh can do anything he wants, and he certainly could have opted to give this person a second chance at proper WR, but he's by no means obligated to do so... and about 99.9% of all casino managers wouldn't do it either. Honestly, this person thought they had a good chance due to the distraction of the other thread, and of course because Josh was in heavy damage control mode. Other than that, TravelMaxx really had no real valid reason for demanding anything, and I think they should chalk it up to experience and move on.

On the other hand, pangloss... wtf here dude? :what:

Why start a thread on behalf of a person who is registered and quite capable of starting their own thread? As many times as Bryan has had to warn you, this may be it... this is totally uncalled for.

There are some serious issues that needed to be discussed with Josh and Prime, and we have tried to be very serious about it. This post is a mockery, as well as a blatant attempt to start a friggin' riot for no good reason. Do you not have anything better to do? As serious as we've tried to be with Josh, even very firm, this type of post is very degrading to the entire intelligent community of Casinomeister posters.

Someone please lock this thread or delete it. If TravelMaxx wants to start their own thread and re-air their case, then so be it... but this is unnecessary. arrrgh...

Sorry Pina.. we posted at the same time...

same general idea tho...

I don't know what this guy's problem is, but it's been eatin' at him for a couple of weeks now. He needs a vacation from here, badly.

Double post, edited.

This is EXACTLY my point. It's nothing more than shit-disturbing, period. I thought the other thread was kept civilized and on-topic. And while the resolution may not have been "exactly" what everyone wanted (posters I mean), it's certainly shed some light on a situation that perhaps requires further investigation.

What THIS thread will do is ensure that Josh and other casino reps back off from participating in the forum. As I said, this complaint has been asked and answered already, at least three times in the other thread. He is not going to change his mind, according to him. So as D_G stated, there can be absolutely zero purpose to this thread other than to promote the lynch mob mentality. Other thread was TOO civilized for ya I guess?

Oops sorry, my bad!

You are totally correct though. Everything was settled with the players in the other thread and this thread is totally unnecessary, which was the main point I was trying to make.

That's probably the stupidest preamble I've read for a new thread that I've seen in a long time.

Geeze Pangloss, do you work for Playtech accounting? I didn't know you were privy to his salary. :p

And yeah dude, most people have known about this since October - that's when Spear stepped down as moderator. If you have ever been to a gaming conference, you would have seen Spear standing there by Playtech's booth with a cool name tag. Hundreds of players/webmasters were there, and I'm sure quite a few came by his booth.

Thread upgraded to closed due to lack of valid content - plus it's just an attempt to annoy the regular members here who actually contribute to this forum. All you ever contribute is venom.
