This casino is a scam. They have no viable options for me to cash out. They can take my deposits no problem, but none of their cash out options, which are extremely limited in the first place, are no help for me. Their support has done absolutely nothing. Decided to give this casino a try about 2 months ago.

Account verification went smooth. Support was very helpful. Deposit method sucks as they don't accept ewallets so i had to create an entropay account which has high fees. Deposited 300-400 euros only as i was skeptic about them from the beginning.

First bet won but bet was unsettle for over a week. Then support manually settle bet as according to them there was system error etc. So far all good.

Placed another 3-4 bet, all won (all games with different teams btw).

However, Pornhubcasino didn't settle the bets for a month. Contacted support all the time and after dozens of email exchanged with them, i finally received an email (this time from Senior Support Staff):

So, i placed my bets, bets were accepted and i was given a bet ID, yet Pornhub refunded my stakes one month after cause bets were not accepted by system? Is that ever possible? No way



As you can see bets were accepted by system, they just don't want to pay.Withdrawn my remaining balance and left (got paid) but scammed around 400-500 euros.

Hopefully it was a small loss that i accepted easily. Don't even want to spend energy chasing them. Just be careful if you ever decide to give them a try.

Lesson learnt, no more porn casinos for me

I think it could be a semi decent casino if they had some proper deposit methods like neteller and skrill. I know they used to have skrill in the beginning or at some point atleast since their start. I played there a bit won and got paid, but that must have been 1-2 years ago. The live dealers they have are some real amateurs, both porn and dealing skills wise. I spoke to them this morning and was told someone would be along shortly to address this. Although from our discussions it doesnt look like they will be moving off their stance.

Given the time frame of 1 month, why do i get the feeling that had your bets all lost that you would never of been informed of bets not being processed by the system, something which you would then as a result never of had a reason to question or investigate further, not ever realizing that you would be due a refund.
