Feedback PM question - trying to contact a casino representative

Hi

I've been trying to reach an accredited casino rep. It's only been a couple of days, but I'm not sure if they're receiving my PM's. I'll still get an error if their inbox if full right? Or otherwise unable to receive PMs?
It's strange as they've been online every day since my first PM, but I haven't heard back.
Also, I've been in contact with this particular rep before, and they were nothing but very helpful.

I do realize they may be travelling and/or unable to answer yet and it's been only 3 days.

And before anyone suggests it, my own inbox is only 30% full :p

No, it's really bad if they don't bother to reply if they have been in reading it.
Next time to that person request a reciept. Then they will hurry.

Some don't know that we can see when they have been in here.

Can't you name and shame them please?:)

Not just yet :)
I may have a complaint, depending on how they respond to my issue.
I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt for now, as they have an excellent track record.
Next time I'll request a read receipt.

If this problem is persisting please contact Bryan or I privately with details. The reps should be responding, if they aren't it's a problem that needs our attention.
 
Was this ever resolved?

AFAICT the rep hasn't replied yet. To be fair it did take me a couple days to get the details off to them. Still, should have heard back by now. :axeman:
