I deposited played the game...didnt win...played other games...won 900.00...limited to 250 max cash out... they wont let me cause I didnt win on that game!!!! Any advice?

I got same email from Danny and interpreted it to mean that I could ONLY play $1 Super Diamond Mine with the deposit/bonus/winnings.

Im a bit confused....they wouldn't let you cash out the $250 or the $900?

This coupon comes with a 10x max cash out....so im assuming you deposited $25, thus could only cash out $250.

My understanding is that they will let you spin 5 times for the jackpot, and if you happen to win, you can cash out the full amount of the jackpot.

Now if they won't let you cash out the $250, then of course you have every right to complain

They wont let me cashout any amount... and are very contridictory in their responses. Nowhere does it state that gameplay and winning are limited to that game is my arguement... Danny told me 60 time playthru then Jaycee told me 45... it goes on and on... have to deal with email because they hung up on me on the telephone...lol. Posted terms and conditions state I can cash out but they change the rules everytime I talk to them... Chuck it up as a loss and never deal with them again is the only option I have. Tks for responding.

I think suzecat's interpretation is correct. Otherwise,they would be giving you a huge bonus to pay virtually(no pun intended) any games. Therefore,it is right for them to void your winnings generated from other games.

Thank you all for responding and for your opinions...I will stick by my arguement... I played the required game on a 45.00 max bet required to win the jackpot therefore I believe I met the requirement as stated in the email offer... To Play For... I have taken Virtual up on other offers... for example they recently ran a DiamiondDozen promo that I took advantage of... and cashed out on by playing all the games... To be told now that it was a mistake on their end that I cashed out on it because gameplay and winnings should have been limited to that game only... funny thing is I was in touch with their live help feature during most of my session to inquire about meeting my playthru and never once did they mention this so called fact to me!!! Very misleading... in my opinion... no biggie... lesson learned... deal only with clearly defined terms...TKS All

I did take a screen shot of my bank before they did so just in case... but someone please explain that to me!!!
