well for some reason, i've also unsubcribed from al emails,messages,notifications and still get emails entitled "New Private Message from CasinoMeister".

Well, if the guy bothered to check his settings, he could have turned of the Private Messaging system:
Link Outdated / Removed

It's all covered in the FAQ. But like they say, you can lead a horse to water....
