Hi gang,

I was wondering about how strong do you think is PlayTech position in the online *casino* market.

It has been around for maybe 15 years (ambercoast anyone? lol)

It has some BIG names using it, especially UK big shots (bet365, Gentings, LadBrokes, BetFred, Sky, WillHill, Coral, etc.)

But when you look around you can see endless NetEnt new names, but probably whitelabels.

Does PlayTech have a strong future?

How about all those mixup websites popping around with a mixture of games etc. ?
Are they a sign that this is the future? and few of those use PlayTech?
Or are those just a whitelabel attack thing and aren't that indicative of PlayTech retreat?

Any comment, thought, links, data will be hugely welcome

Thanks

Well I know that a chunk of their money comes from rogue operations - to include one casino that was owned by one of the founders of Playtech.

Playtech Progressive Jackpot Scandal - they never cleaned that mess up. And there are still Playtech casinos that have these rogue terms.

Yeah Bryan,

Kinda weird. You see betFred / LadBrokes / Bet365
Then: African Palace. etc.

I am pretty sure they are keeping those contracts as legacy things. More history and keeping with signed contracts than any money earning or business value.

Maybe they want to entertain the dinosaurs that still remember The Original Mary and Bet2Gamble hahaha.....
