PlayOJO withdrawal, waiting more than 24 hours.

Hi just wondering if anyone’s able to help me out I have made a withdrawel from ojo many times before I usually wake up and the money is processed and just wondered it’s not been processed and it past 24 hours and eager to get this money for private reasons and just wondered if anyone’s got any help?

Your best bet would be to contact the PlayOjo rep here on the forums. They are @EGO , click on their name and send them a Private Message with your account details, withdrawal info, etc. They’re usually quite prompt and I would expect you’ll have the answers you need quite quickly. That said it is the weekend and it’s not unusual for these things to move a little slower than usual.

If contacting the rep fails and you feel you need further assistance please feel free to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and we’ll look into it for you.

Hello i am wondering where to go as i been waiting for my fast and quick pay out for over 24 hrs from playojo i started my with draw on wednesday january1 st with 5000 and now its january 3 and my withdraw is now at 4000 and i m not gotten paid yet that is very false information after they state the payment withdraw on the site is a couple hours i was misinformed wen i read that issue .how do i get my winnings then i dont know what to do about my issue as its past 24 hours can someone help me?

Hi usually skill on the nets first withdrawal is a little slower I have never had an issue in getting paid out.

Now it’s usually within a few hours unless on a Friday then it’s sometimes Monday. But you should have no issue getting your money.

when you cancel a withdrawal the procedure starts again from the beginning and you cancelled 7 times over the last 2 days , so it wasn't pending for 24 hrs at any point
