PlayOjo withdrawal now need docs again?

Hi All,

So been a member since 2022 on playojo and all the sudden today after a decent size win, they want documents again which i did upload just now. I've heard that playojo can be a bit picky on bigger wins....no issues with withdrawals from them in the past so hoping this won't be an issue.

I did message @EGO to be safe as I did need there help once before from playojo when I first joined them.

Hello, if your WD is legit they will pay. Contact the rep — @EGO — with your account and WD details and he’ll likely be able to get things sorted for you.

If that doesn’t work out you can always file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us and we can look into things for you.

@EGO was able to clear things up for me, as I was able to make a withdrawal request this morning. It's too bad PlayOjo limits withdrawals to 5k as ill have to wait until that 5k is approved before I submit the next 5k withdrawal etc....

But at least I'm good now.....@EGO is amazing and this community is amazing.

I'm struggling verifying myself with OJO, they accepted passport, bank card, proof of address and partly my proof of funding, I've had quite a big win and just want to withdraw it

@lolo222 , please re-read the Forum Rules with particular attention to item 1.2 regarding “cross-posting”. Posting the same thing in multiple places on the forums at the same time is a violation of the Forum Rules.

Also, as you now have an active PAB on this please don’t post on the forums any further about this issue until we have completed our work on the PAB.

And just a quick reminder, any discussion of your PAB while it is in progress should be confined to your PAB Ticket.
