The more I see of this topic, the more of a rat I smell...
I would agree there is an unusually high number of complaint threads about this casino, however I would counter (having read many of them) that there is an unusually high number of
unfounded complaints as well.
A lot of the threads we are seeing involve withdrawals between 6 and 24 hours old. There is clearly a problem with mismatched expectations here - the player expectations are unreasonable, and some of that may be down to the operator also. We see
very few threads regarding
any other operator about withdrawals within this time frame - it's almost exclusively targeting PlayOJO.
The
@EGO rep has been pretty responsive to threads, so one thread that
really raised eyebrows was
this one posted last week - the OP claimed, at 0633GMT, that they had been waiting 24 hours for the withdrawal to be processed; the rep replied later in the day, saying the withdrawal (for the same amount) had been
requested at 1535GMT (i.e. 9 hours later) and processed 11 minutes later.
The OP hasn't visited the site since they posted to provide any updates or clarification...
We see plenty of shill campaigns
for casinos, the more I see of this I'm wondering if we are seeing a shill campaign
