Just to clarify - because that is 9 hours after the OP posted (Sept 24th, 0633 GMT).

Are there two withdrawals in question here, or has the OP posted their complaint before withdrawing?

I know there's been an suspiciously large number of complaints regarding PlayOJO and "slow" withdrawals - but complaining about a phantom withdrawal would be a new one...
