Resolved PlayOjo, Help please

Good morning, I’m really sorry to write a post which has possibly already been added. I am new to this, I’ve won some money on play Ojo and did a withdrawal, I haven’t yet received the payment but am worried I’ve done something wrong, when I check the transaction it says player pending. Any advice could be great :)

You’ll want to contact the PlayOjo representative here on the Casinomeister forums. They are @EGO and you should send them a Private Message with the necessary details: when you requested the WD, how much, etc.

The PlayOjo rep is very responsive and should be able to help you fairly quickly. Do keep in mind though that it is the weekend.

This appears to be a recurring issue with playojo. You'd think they'd invest in a better system to keep with the times.

pending means your withdrawal request is being processed
and its just been paid

Don’t worry , sometimes it takes 3-5 days you will get it

That's the odd part - it seems to be a problem of expectation management than a genuine problem.

We've had a run of these threads in recent months where people have been chasing withdrawals made less than 24 hours ago - if I recall correctly one case was after just six hours.

If there was a string of people waiting 72+ hours for basic withdrawals (no CDD checks etc) then I'd be more concerned - but there's little evidence to suggest that is happening. Just people getting a bit eager and jumping the gun...

There are a lot of places able to process withdrawals in a few hours, and playOJO doesn't exactly have great customer support.

It's definitely changed since I used to play regularly. The bonuses today are worse/almost non-existent, processing times seemed to have increased, RTP is really low and they still have deposit fees.

Website needs an overhaul and service needs to improve as they're being outshined by many other casinos.
