PlayHub Casino - accusing me of fraud on slots?

I don't think it is legit because no casino is checking if the games were faulty when someone loses 50K. Some casinos will have 100s of thousands in net revenue in a day, do they check if the games were faulty, because people lost so much?

What do you need to check? There are so many diagnostics built-in, any casino can analyze the gameplay in minutes. If it is anything like what Microgaming is offering casino operators, then they can nearly count the number of farts from a player during a session.

Two weeks, are they still using pigeon mail or horse couriers? :rolleyes:

Didn't mean they are legit casino, but that legit casinos also do complete gameplay checks which sometimes delay withdrawals. Providers receive punch of these requests, through casino module you can see everything what have happened but not able to see possible malfunctions what they for some reasons willing to check for some big wins (never heard any found yet though). Many accrited casinos here have escalated these checks to providers so that itself don't really tell much about anything. MG game module is probably worse to exist, maybe they upgrade it to this century sooner or later, but yes, all casino modules you can have access to all gameplay histories and everything but that's not really helping in checking if there have been errors or not.

Have you ever escalated some requests to game provider? Two weeks can be very reasonable time to give, they get these stuck gamerounds, requests to be checked and all other requests from XXXX (how many casinos are in the world?) places and mostly don't find your request to be P1 to pass all others and get sorted. Waiting over week reply from game provider is really not a miracle, guess most of reps can confirm it, no need to use horses, they just get so much shitto to be checked without any valid reasons (maybe they are not very fast with purpose and try to decrease amount of stupid questions escalated to them).

I believe they quite likely DO suspect something was wrong because why would they, if trying to fleece you of your winnings, not just hope you lose it all by continuing gambling, before throwing their last ditch fraud accusation card? They locked your account in the middle of a gambling session, not at withdrawal request...

If they were actually trying to fleece you I think they would have waited until you placed a withdrawal request, because until that point it is quite likely they would have had nothing to lose if you went and spunked it all back
 
Wouldn't have too high hope for winnings but would anyway wait that little while what can take if casino want to check something with provider and once getting reply or if not hearing anything in weeks, then use what ever complaint channel you wish but probably not really high hopes in that if they are not willing to pay.

Just meant that stressing and posting all over world don't make anything faster or increasing chance to get paid, complaint is valid in two weeks what is today.

And I likely WOULD have spunked it all back - the longer my verification went on, the more I played, and on more than one occasion I lost nearly the whole lot. It was only a matter of time! :axeman2: Obviously now if I ever do get a payout, I will be running for the hills.

Apparently the software had crashed when I asked for my stats once.
 
Here's one of my screenshots from 4 May when my balance was just over £31k at that stage. Between this and my account being banned, I went right down to under £1k, and back up again to £60k, settling somewhere in between around £50k when I was chucked out. My Swagger level was Gold.

What just struck me just now is the Progressive Jackpots being promoted at the top, isn't that over 3 million quid.?? What would happen if you won that?? I dread to think. :confused:

I regret not getting a screen shot from right before they kicked me out but I didn't know it was gonna happen. My highest amount on a screen shot I have shows £38k. I also have individual screen shots of big wins on the games and myself featured in their big winners list.

At least there is now a time scale.

The jackpots they offer are on Betsoft slots - if you won one you would find a 'game error' was reported and you'd not be paid, this has happened before.

This player deposited 450 in one single deposit amount and won extremely huge and irregular amounts totaling 50k.

We are investigating the issue on our side and once we have finished we will revert to the player.

We have explained to them via email that is highly irregular, account is banned until the investigation is complete.

Player was updated and answered accordingly.

Please note that “huge wins” were due to Feature Purchase at large stakes which during my gameplay also resulted in “huge losses” too. My balance was consistently up and down during my play. If all my game logs are reviewed thoroughly this will be clear to see. I played fair and square on the slots offered, with my own money and at stakes permitted.
Yet again PlayHub have not provided me with any time scale for this investigation to be complete which leaves me very uneasy. This coupled with frightful reviews online of similar happenings I would like Curaçao to ensure I am not going to be scammed out of my winnings in this instance and that any investigation they are performing is done correctly and fairly to the player.

@Degen Right? All the emails have been the same - strangely worded and (deliberately?) vague. I am also wary of William as he is quick to anger/become sarcastic in not just my own experience but other complaints too.

The most I won in one go was around £26k from a £7.5k feature purchase. Not that irregular given the cost of the feature purchase. Another FP of the same amount paid me out £85 or something several times and I didn't think that was irregular, I just know you win some and you lose some. It's not like I bet 20p and won £26k.

I fear I'm becoming a broken old record here now so will only update after they report back a complete investigation... next week apparently.
 
I wouldn't worry too much about the language; you're not dealing with native English speakers.

I am very surprised that Curacao are actually engaging with you however. Take that as a good sign.
 
Casino delaying the inevitable they either pay or don’t/won’t 50/50 heads or tails you’ve done all you can and I commend you for trying and the senior members who have pointed you in the right direction fingers crossed you might be one of the lucky ones which is very doubtful 99% of the time!!

Well, they at least bought themselves another week, which is pretty pathetic as you do not need 3 weeks to investigate winnings of 50K, no way.

I would still be surprised to see them pay anything. As for Curacao answering, yeah, they started at least with that but their decisions are in the absolute majority for the casino and against the player. So, I assume they don't really check/investigate. There are cases (well, I saw one, so there might be more) where they found for the player and the casino just stopped reacting. Don't know how it ended.
