Playboycasino.com/Ladbrokes declines bonus

I deposited 100 at Playboy Casino three days ago in the belief that I could recieve a 100 bonus. I have played the minimum wagering requirements more than twice and lost most of my intial deposit (you must meet the WR before recieving the bonus)

Now I have recieved a mail from Ladbrokes that says that the bonus has been declined since I'm from Denmark.

Their website doesn't mention anything about danish players not being able to recieve the bonus - only chinese players are mentioned.

I have emailed this to their support - so far no reply. Any ideas on what to do?

But seriously. In theory any country could be banned - 'they just forgot to put it on the website' - very smart to have players wager and lose BEFORE recieving a bonus, then say 'oh sorry, you're not eligible'

In the future I'll be sure to stay away from casinos where I'm required to wager before I recieve the bonus.

It says banned countries INCLUDE China, but does not list the other countries.*

Then it gives Hong Kong dollars as an example. I thought Hong Kong IS Chinese now!!!

Yeah, except you don't know whether your country is on the no bonus list, and won't know until after you have wagered. But you could of course...pray...

Hmmmm... I think the UK should be alright...

Anyway, I wont be silly enough to blow all my deposit before finding out if I get the bonus or not!

The example seems to mean that if you deposit in Hong Kong dollars,you can have the bonus after wagering it 4 times. So I think Hong Kong is not in the excluded list not that I will try it. Seems too risky.

Well, it was an automated response. I sent them another mail - still no word.

BTW, did you look in your bank account or sports account for the bonus? Ladbrokes puts the bonus in the sports account and it's not automatically transfered to the casino account as other microgaming casinos.

Got the bonus

Just got a mail from customer care. They have assigned the bonus - YAY!

Thay have also updated their website so it now says that the bonus doesn't apply to Danish players.

Very good point!

You have to click on 'Bank' and then 'buy' your bonus chips from the SB account!
I almost forgot this too.

BTW I did join up with them and met the first WR with only a small loss.

Well I got my bonus, albeit after 3-days, and not the 24-48 hours promised.

I was surprised to see the confirmation e-mail specifically stated that I can play ALL casino games with the bonus money!
With a huge WR of x4 - it's gonna be tough!

You wager the deposit x4 (really hard work! ), then they give you the bonus, which you have to also wager x4 before you can withdraw.
It's bleedin hard work I can tell you - could take as much a 10 minutes just to make 100 quid!

I stand corrected. Shame Pboy is only too fullscreen only but i suspect this will change at some point now Ladbrokes have too only gone Viper (huuuge improvement!)
