I've had plenty of withdrawals from playamo large and small, but the first time I had a larger withdrawal they did double check my kyc docs and request an additional piece.. once it was submitted, withdrawal was processed promptly and haven't had an issue since.

I would suggest that if the winnings were fairly earned, then you provide what they are asking for and get your payout ;-)

Unfortunately, kyc requirements are rather standard, if anything playamo and other direx brands are less strict than some of the other well established casino groups.

Take a breath, ask to speak with management and see what you can do to help them meet their legal obligations in order to facilitate your withdrawal. It may come down to a notarized letter or some other form of alternate id, I can't say for sure, but you certainly won't make any headway in resolving your issue by being aggressive, slandering their brand or being anything but amicable in your dealings from here forward.

Just to provide a bit of balance for PlayAmo; my docs were approved in 2 hours, payouts are in my account in 24 hours and they just paid me out on a bonus win even though I broke the terms saying "we're going to pay you out anyway but for the future the rules are x/y/z."

And Santa exists ... they had the same team als the ''old'' Betchan breaching every RG rule even their own. Bulk of my warning is to avoid! I played at both of them. Support gave me no info over the bonuswagering when asking, not even a reference to the terms (apparently that the players plays the wrong slots or breaches some term). If you SE at their site you can open it again in seconds. (I have the screenshots to prove), they delete any limits set by the player.

Their support is located in the Philippines.
I guess (and I think my assumption is right) you're part of them.
If you treat your players like crap it will come back at you later. Don''t play at them guys That''s my advice and I read some warning posts from ''the Casinomeister'' about Betchan(note the old Betchan N1.ltd. bought it I suppose)/Playamo and their brand.

To not accept your licence, just because you're on your P's, is a pathetic excuse. It's still a bloody licence n an acceptable form of government photo id here in Australia.
All i can say is stick it out, because they usually are a legitimate casino- going from my personal experience.
