    Did anyone on here get the Wednesday play hippo promo? It was deposit for a 30% bonus, and if you deposit £50 you get 100 free spins on steam tower.

    I deposited £50 and got the 30% bonus, lost it, then e mailed them with all details they ask for with STEAM in the subject line. never received a single reply. I sent altogether 4 emails to them because you had to send the e mail within 24 hours to receive the free spins. still no reply, so I pm the rep on here. still no reply off the rep. I know the reps receive an e mail off c/m to say that they received a pm!

    I now look on the website and it says I should receive an automated e mail about my enquiry. I received zero e mails off them. they also say they will reply within 24 hours, its being over 48 hours now and still not a single thing.

    Is anyone actually home at this casino? this is very shoddy indeed. I have copied the e mail I received. read how it says put steam in your subject line, and you will receive a reply shortly ha ha...

    and it's against my better nature to kick them when they're down,
    but it took them a whole week to find my deposit...that got lost!!!

    My experience with them was so-so. First deposit, bonus was not automatically credited though they were quick to add it back after I emailed them.

    You get an automated ticket number, but I have had nothing like that this time when I have e mailed 4 times. Used different browsers too. they have no phone numbers to ring. no live chat, only possible contact is e mail or pm the disappeared rep on here..

    I had the same issue 2-3 weeks ago (I deposited 500 EUR for 500 FS).
    I also got no reply by their support-staff and contacted the rep here. He took about 2 days to answer but eventually he credited my account with the 500 FS.
    Especially on weekends the reps might not be in their office to respond. I hope you will get things sorted out on Monday lattest.

    Maybe you can try to animate the rep to answer in this thread or give him a little motivation to encourage the support-team to act more reliably.
    If they offer such generous free spin offers they should hold word. In my eyes this is compensation for their deposit fees.

    it was thursday when I pmed the rep on here. I notice they not looked in since the 19th of feb. that's no excuse though cos they get a automated e mail off c/m to say they have a pm.
    the problem when you e mail support is I think their automated reply system cant be working properly. but surely they are wondering why no e mails off no one. so yet again no excuse!

    I am at playhippo all the time. I got a reply on "steam" on the 25th saying 100 spins will be added within a half hour. I just looked and they are trhere.
    I have had no replies in the past two or three weeks from them on other things. I went to reel rush on tuesday and the 100 spins were sitting there that I had had a problem with the week before. I had forgotten all about it. no reply on 100spins reel rush but they ended up there. Keep looking, you willget them:thumbsup:
    These guys are not sketchy, they have gone above and beyond fairness with me.

    I think they have email problems, I used to get a delivery statement every time I would send an email saying message was received but no more.

    been opening the slot every day about 5 times a day, still nothing in..also if they are having problems for a while now with the e mails, why is it not fixed? after all with no other chance to contact them surely the e mails system is very important to them?

    WOW finally! I notice now they have added a new leave a message feature on the website! I left a message and finally getting them added. no free bonus though that they say they give if you have to wait more than 48 hours for a reply! I have had to wait at least 3 days.

    Its not good enough really having to wait that long for replys & that's if you get one at all,

    Casinos are a 24hr operation & take noet when weekends in some country's than its not in others, Even so with deposit bonus a free spins ect than surely they should have some person on hand to sort this,

    After they took a week to find my deposit(and I think for the most part I was patient with them),
    I ended up requesting a rather sizable withdrawal, and true to form the money hit my account...
    no changes.....so credit where credit is due.
