Planetluck casino does not want to pay me my winning game

I was playing craps and the first number that came out was 1 and 1 which is a total of 2 then the second game came out as 3 and 5 which is a total of 8. So i won but it didnt say I won or give me any money. So i contact plantluck live help. The person that my first game was a total of 2 and that I didnt win or lose. I told her/him I know that and I was talking about the second game and they just acted like i was not talking about the second game and was trying to ignore it. So they said we add the amount back to my account, so I check and I only saw the money that I deposit and not the winning money. So they then said the game was incomplete which I find it crazy to believe. If i hit a 7 i would of lost the money and they would not care and they would of not say that there was a problem with the game. There also seem no problem with the game when I played. I tooked screen shot of the game and video taped it.

Edit - I played again and I hit a 7 nothing happen then a couple of mintues later I saw that I lost the money. Funny how that happens becuase it was a incomplete game also and it tooked the money.

I played again and won and the live person said I lost all 3 games and I said no i didnt and have proof. I hit a 6 and a 2 which is a 8 and I had a bet on 8. They are lieing. I have proof and screen shot and video tape, Why are they lieing.
 
I am withdrawing my money and it says "You have not fulfilled the wagering restrictions for the bonus you have claimed earlier. Please complete the wagering restrictions before initiating the cashout."

I did put no bonus code or accept one. Live chat told me if I wanted a bonus and I said no. The reason I talk to live support becuase I didnt see my money when I deposit. So i asked her what happen and she said that there was a problem with ezcash and its fixed. So she asked if I wanted a bonus and I said no.

They are driving me crazy. First they dont want to pay me the games I won and second they wont let me withdraw. This is a really bad business pratice they are doing. I am going to give them a call and complain.

I really hope they are not part of partypoker one of the largest poker site on the internet today.

This all sounds a bit strange, planetluck seems to be OK according to most people's experience (including me).


If you do feel, however, that you were cheated , just leave the casino and try somewhere else.

To be honest though, Planet luck (as well as Starluck) has been one of the easiest casinos to deposit, withdraw, and be helped by its live operators...

Not only Starluck and Planetluck they all have issues when it comes to live help.it's a joke :lolup: talking to any of them on live help.
I know I promote and play in Starluck and Planetluck I have to say when it comes out to pay you they are like most. (Least They Pay You)
and I have had some great winners from me that won some good money they all got paid.Maybe because it's me lol I think i'm a lucky star for most.

Reading that live chat was a visit to the surreal imo - this is bonusing gone mad, especially when the player actually had the forethought to contact the casino and tell them he didn't want the damned thing.

Automatic bonusing is a license for some of these dumps to steal in my view.

Perhaps if you can get through to someone with a little common sense and management discretion you can get this ridiculous situation reversed.
 
This is a problem that has happened to me also.

I claim no bonuses, I hate WR, it ruins all the fun for me. I just play for fun.

Recently I was playing, all slots, no bonus claimed. I had deposited some money and played one session one day, then another the next. I had a nice hit and wanted to withdraw $500.

I was told I couldn't because I had a wagering requirement to fill for my $50 bonus. It turned out that overnight they snuck $50 into my account.

So I played and played and I hit again and tried to cash out - now the sum was higher.

I received another note that I still had not fulfilled the WR (That is why I hate those things. Take a bonus and be forced to lose your winnings.)

I went to play again and won even more. Eventually I had reached the WR and cashed out $1800.

If I had lost my winnings I would not have thought is was funny. I would have been stock raving mad.

If I do not ask for a bonus, I have not agreed to the T&C converning it. I do not, ever , agree to wagering requirements.

Where do people come off putting bonuses in my account and demanding I follow WR rules when I never, ever agreed to this?

This was a respectable casino, and I am not naming names because this has become common practice for many and it would not be fair to single this one out.

But - keep your fingers out of my account! I do not want a bonus, and I do not agree to the T&C that come with the bonus!!!!!!!

Yes, but they are not as bad as the Playtechs.

At the Playtech casinos (most of them), they offer the world's worst bonuses on the reloads.

It's a 10 bonus and it's sticky.

This bonus is worse than useless - it's likely to cost you all your money, because you have to comply with an insane set of terms and conditions, before finally, when you cash out, they take the 10 away from whatever you've got left.

This is part of the business model, basically to tie people into losing all their money by enforcing wagering requirements on worthless 'bonuses' that disappear when you cash out.

Total garbage.

That is the truth as I see it.

What's worse, it is done without your agreeing to it.

Really, T&C are a contract. You are forced to adhering to a contract without having signed it? How can that be?

Casinos have no business touching your account without your permission, not to take things out and not to put things in.

I am not a "bonus hunter " nor an "advantage player" I am very transparently just someone who wants to relax periodically by playing a few games.

I should be everyone's dream player.

Instead this bonus thing has become such an intricate part of how they make a profit that you upset the business plan when you don't take one.

What's next, rogueing players for not taking bonuses?

At the very least they should send you a mail that they added a bonus to your account, and what the WR is. At least then you can tell them to take it back out.

Really they should ask BEFORE they put something in your account.
 
Well I am about to get the money coming to me. I called ezcash which seemed to be paypro. The funny thing is when the guy asked for my user name he was saying A as in asshole. Which spelling by name I was cracking up.

You "sign" it digitally when you click the I agree button, much like using the IRS Tele-File package to file taxes over the phone.
 
I have been waiting for planetluck to contact me but they ignore my emails. They are not responding. I have been waiting more then a week and no respond and no emails I email me yesterday and the day before and today and they have not gotten to reply back to me. There phone service is stupid also the lady sounds like a robot. She said something and I didnt understand it so I said "please repeat what you just said" and I still didnt understood her. She was talking so fast and it wasnt sounding like english. Then she goes on and say's "are we connected" like 10 times and I am like "yes". What is she a robot or something.

I cant talk with them on the phone becuase they dont know whats going on or understand English.

Not a hitch...not a problem.

With all due respect, I can't understand why so many people are complaining about this group.
 
Well you played BJ and I am think you did not play on html or java. I did and craps were only allowed to be played by browser. When I won I didnt get my winning and when I lost they tooked the money. It's not 50% chance of winning or losing on my side it more of a 100% losing on my side.

I didnt lose I won more money then I lost. I am saying they dont want to pay my winning games. But they want to take the game I lost money from. Winning games they wont credit me.

Update nothing has been done yet. I talked to support many time and they always have a excuses. One of them was the tech guy was away for vaction and will be back Monday to read my email. So I waited and nothing happen so I contact support again. They said tech is working on it, once again nothing has happen. Then I talk to support again and they said we will send a email to tech and will respond right away. Once again I get no respond.

Makes me wonder if tech are doing their job and just sitting on their ass while support is doing their job and covering up for the tech people.

Here is today email from them "We apologize for the delay. Kindly allow us another three days to receive an update." . So i am going to wait another 3 days and see what happens'.

Might have changed. Planetluck used to have a button to cancel the bonus when you wanted to withdraw early. This was during one of the cashout screens.
