    Complaints about Intercasino are few and far between. I played with them for a long time intermittently, and closed my account in a huff quite some time ago over poor support over a bonus issue. The times I did cashout, I was paid promptly, even if I resent paying a small fee to cashout.

    Tonight I decided I'd reopen my account. Got a lovely and patient support rep Aymen. Received an email for a survey, but not my password reset. Resent, and I received it and got logged in.

    I'd been requested to fill out this survey about 3 times by this point, and I asked the rep to provide it again. Not a clickable link, so I asked again, since I know reps get rated on these. I was happy with my support. Not so much so that jan offers had not yet gone out, and there was nothing available to me, but that's not down to live support truly. I successfully copied and pasted.

    Took my time to fill out the survey, not as short as some with just radio boxes.

    And then some damn error message. Intercasino did not get my feedback, the rep did not get credit for doing a good job, and they didn't get my deposit because the whole thing took so long and left me so miffed I posted here instead of depositing!

    Last time I posted about Intercasino, the rep did post to the thread to ask if there was anything he could do, but I'd already closed my account and asked for a return of my deposit which cost me a buck or two.

    I'm not sure there's anything he can do to make me happier, but I will alert him to this thread, perhaps they can make some other returning player happier.

    I've posted before that Intercasino has always paid me in a timely manner. I just don't much like their support and their player rewards.

    While not thrilled to find no bonus offer available, I've hardly been loyal lately. I was quite prepared to make a bonus free deposit, even if it cost me $1 or so to withdraw, just for a change of pace. I did think the support was decent, my account got reopened, he waited and resent emails.

    But multiple requests to fill out the survey, only to have it rejected because Intercasino was careless frosted the cake.

    There's a lot of competition out there, I don't think you can rest on your laurels in this industry.

    I didn't start this thread to slam Intercasino, if I didn't think they were one of the good guys I wouldn't have been looking to deposit tonight.

    But I did think here at CM might be one of the better ways to reach the rep that might have some input. Certainly the survey didn't work.

    We don't have enough good casinos IMO. But good casinos can't stay good casinos if you lose your customers.

    Intercasino is not a rogue casino by any means but they seem to be living in the Jurassic Age as far as services to players are concerned. They couldnt care less about loyalty and it does seem the software they are using is on the wane which is a great pity as many games were quite original together with live chat among players for table games.

    To me, it seems they've been adding more new games recently (at least, say, as opposed to the last year). I used to play more frequently with them, but the rewards weren't any greater than if I rarely played. Birthday bonus? Nope. Reward for life? Short lifespan. Comps? Don't hold your breath. They do at least, have a very decent WR on bonuses.

    Actually, the rep I spoke with spent some time telling me how great they will be in 2013, and sent a link (probably not clickable either) to new games and suggested I could try practice mode.

    No option to have my chat transcript sent either. Probably my only beef with 32Red, so I don't give out pass or fail on that alone, block and copy is available to me usually. But when you don't know, and had it touched on bonus terms or issues....

    Last time I did take a bonus, Intercasino had some odd slot restrictions regarding some of the nine line games. Never got that far tonight to check on current terms.

    We've had a chance to look into the situation and would like to inform you that, at this moment, our chat client does not support clickable links. We're working on upgrading the system, but for now, players are required to copy the link and paste it in the address bar of their browser.

    On the other hand, the emails that we send out do contain clickable links.

    As regards the error message following survey completion, please note that we have checked the surveys and everything seems to be working fine. The error message could have been the result of a temporary Internet connection problem on the player's end. However, without seeing a screenshot of the error message, it's not possible to determine the exact cause of the temporary issue.

    We appreciate your feedback and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please rest assured that we are working very hard on improving all our systems and 2013 is going to be a real turning point in the history of InterCasino. We can't give away too many details at this time, but we will be replacing all the problem areas identified above with absolutely new and state-of-the-art systems.

    As I've stated before, Intecasino has always paid me promptly, which is great, but they do need to work on their support and keep consistency; they could really be up there as one of the best :thumbsup:

    This is what has made me wary of returning. It is an unwelcome complication in the terms. I used to take the slots only bonus, and expected to be able to play whatever slot I wanted. Now it seems a variety of slots have been excluded, and it is a nonsense as a 15 line slot is a 9 line slot if you only select 9 lines when playing. Worse still, the software can't properly support this restriction, so players can no longer rely on the list of allowed games that comes with their bonus tracking feature, which was once a leader in the industry when the wager tracking in other softwares was sending an email to CS, or going on live chat, and getting the wrong answer on occasion.

    The other main problem with Intercasino is the much lower RTP offered on the slots compared with other softwares, which makes their WR less generous than higher ones seen elsewhere.

    Personally I'm glad Intercasino are making such positive noises this year. Surely we don't want to be overdependent on MG and playtech after all.
    (and I love Cryptologic games like Jade Idol and Millionaires Club anyway)

    I'm excited to see live dealer games have now popped up in the Intercasino download software, especially as they are eligible games for playing bonuses and for earning Cash back club payouts.
    Purely as a comparison, the well respected 32 red casino doesn't let you play bonuses in live dealer casino and also stops you using redeemed comp points in live dealer

    Intercasino are excellent. Yeah they could be on top of the customer interaction a bit more, but they do the important stuff flawlessly. Totally agree we need a solid alternative to MG out there and, at the minute, Intercasino are it.

    Little Master,Dragon Sword and Dino Delight are the restricted slots.These are 25 line slots.No restrictions to play 9 line slots or at least only these 3 25 lines among other games are on the list of restricted games on their promotions page and also the same terms are included on the promotionals emails Intercasino has sent me.I always play any slot I wish to play except the 3 restricted ones and never have a problem to get paid if I win.I hope this helps.

    Dunno, but I've my fair share of WD's there, in the $500 range; i only dep 100 or 50 and bet around a quarter to 1.20

    Thanks, might give that a shot. The lack of playtime is what really gets me. I can deposit a $20 doing minimum bet and still lose the money in less than ten minutes. how much is a quater? :oops:

    well, don't know when these changes are supposed to be happening, but the ones which are, don't seem to be for the better;
    my WD's have always gone through in 24..went in today asking about my WD and apparently now, it's at LEAST 24 hours, not MAX 24 hours; additionally, asked my funds to be flushed, and mm, no! that's a minimum 12 as well, and seeing as finance isnt in, 12 isnt happening either
