Complaints about Intercasino are few and far between. I played with them for a long time intermittently, and closed my account in a huff quite some time ago over poor support over a bonus issue. The times I did cashout, I was paid promptly, even if I resent paying a small fee to cashout.
Tonight I decided I'd reopen my account. Got a lovely and patient support rep Aymen. Received an email for a survey, but not my password reset. Resent, and I received it and got logged in.
I'd been requested to fill out this survey about 3 times by this point, and I asked the rep to provide it again. Not a clickable link, so I asked again, since I know reps get rated on these. I was happy with my support. Not so much so that jan offers had not yet gone out, and there was nothing available to me, but that's not down to live support truly. I successfully copied and pasted.
Took my time to fill out the survey, not as short as some with just radio boxes.
And then some damn error message. Intercasino did not get my feedback, the rep did not get credit for doing a good job, and they didn't get my deposit because the whole thing took so long and left me so miffed I posted here instead of depositing!
Last time I posted about Intercasino, the rep did post to the thread to ask if there was anything he could do, but I'd already closed my account and asked for a return of my deposit which cost me a buck or two.
I'm not sure there's anything he can do to make me happier, but I will alert him to this thread, perhaps they can make some other returning player happier.
