added on to my post in steeds phoenicians expierence, i played and i won 400 off of 50 dollars:thumbsup:

thats not a big win but nothing to complain about

so first

try to withdraw instantly goto support to find out how they said every thing looks good now go do it in the cashier

i was like sweet i am gonna get my money instantly, look at the terms and conditions instant withdraws all only available for deposits 100 or over so i am like fine ill get it flushed it will take a day. they dont offer that

So i withdraw 400 and then 50 a little later so my wife can play a little bit, which she always loses, so i wanted less money in there, after she was done a day later i reversed 50 of the withdraw figuring it wouldnt affect the 400.

WRONG

i had to wait another 24 hours, so i am getting even mader, now i goto my account, and the withdrawl is not pending anymore so i goto neteller nothing, i goto live support, they said since it was revesrsed i have to wait another 24 hours which i already knew so my withdraw has just left pending, so i asked when it will get to neteller, they said first thing monday morning i was like :what: :what: :what: :what:

so then i asked about the first deposit bonus which i never claimed well figured o well need to do something, so i went to live chat again, and asked if i claimed a bonus will it affect my withdrawl, they said no, finally some thing good out of it right :p

WRONG.

i then asked if i can claim the first deposit bonus, they said i already got it, i did meet the playthrough if i wouldnt have i woulda flat out closed my casino account from there, but i did meet it, so then i am thinking i didnt even no i got the bonus i autospin, they couldnt have sent me an email or nothing.
well looks like back to the basics, 32 red and inter casino

thanks for the 350 in profit phoenician youll never get a cent of mine again

overall my worst microgaming expierence i ever had, reasons a little different then steeds

maybe i just get mad at stupid things, but this is worse then my expierence with black widow casino

why did you reverse it???

Why didnt you leave it alone...and let the withdrawel go through the entire process?????

I've NEVER had a problem with Phoenician...

and once I didnt get my bonus...I went to live help and they added it..
Not a problem.

Hi liquidsoap,

Reading what you said yesterday in the other thread, it seems that they have changed their T&C's on instant withdrawals. I could be wrong, but I thought it used to be instant on anything (as little as $20), but that after the 1st withdrawal of the month, there's a charge after that (or am I thinking Bet365 at $50 minimum... hmmm). Anyways, I don't recall ever reading (and I ALWAYS read the T&C's) about having to deposit at least $100 in order to be able to use the instant method. Would it be possible to (I know, I know) reverse your winnings, deposit another $100, play a few hands, and then withdraw it instantly? Waiting a couple days isn't a big deal, but it IS if you were expecting to get it instantly (as promised).

While I agree that our cases are different, how they are the same is Phoenician changing their terms, and flip-flopping. That's not good for an MG casino to be doing.

I guess I've been spoiled by a place like 32Red without ever running into these kinds of problems, so I somehow expect all MG casinos to follow suit when it comes to their T&C's (meaning they're IRON-CLAD).

Well, like you said, at least you'll be getting your winnings Monday. You're up $350 on them.

Sidenote: I'm beginning to wonder if slotchik truly is Christine Lahti. My only hesitation is that I have a hard time visioning Mrs. Lahti using so many exclamation & question marks when she's writing. Her characters were generally hard, yet soft.

Just watched a movie call The Doctor and she played wife of the dr (william hurt). I told my wife during the movie she is a very good actor. Funny u should mention her. (BTW, it is a really good movie!).

Excellent movie!!! A doctor gets a taste of his own medicine, lol. I guess it is true that doctors make the worst patients.

Let's dance...

How do you like that? Now I've got this sudden urge to watch "The Big Chill". Since I'm too busy trying to catch paul02085's unattainable #1 placing on SpringBreak over at 32Red, IF I were to catch you, I'll celebrate with the exact same dance Kevin Kline trotted-out in that kitchen scene with Glenn Close (slightly esoteric reference).

Yes. Was quite a different man when circumstances changed eh? And yes he was a terrible pain in the u know where as a patient. I could really relate to all of the filling out of forms.

The Big Chill, seems so long ago. All the best on Mr. SpringBreak and I am sure Mr. Ware appreciates all efforts:)

total bullshit, very deceptive

 I remember having played there with my wife. The problem is that we registered just because we've been attracted by their ad "instant neteller withdrawal". We managed to have a balance near 2000USD, and when we asked for an instant withdrawal, they said it was for VIP player only. At the end of the day, we lost everything:mad:

But the sole reason why we registered there was their "instant neteller withdrawal". We've been fooled:mad:   That's the reason why I won't play in that place in the futur !!

well if you'd read before playing, you'd know the rules were...that it was for VIP's only at first. IT's now open to everyone. IT's not the casino's fault you blew back your money! Geeez

Getting back to the instant Neteller requirements at Phoenician. I seem to recall that you must have made deposits totalling a minimum of $100 to qualify for the instant payment. That suggests to me that the sum of all your prior deposits count toward the $100 minimum. The instant payment could not exceed $500.

mmmm...actually, it was at the very beginning of their "instant neteller withdrawal". I signed-up via an affiliate link and I'm pretty sure that there were at this time no reference to the obligation of beeing or becoming a VIP player in their TCs :D :D

He's quite right about this. I had heard about their instant withdrawals, and they had already been promoting it as such (a few months ago). I recall having heard about it here at Casinomeister.com, as well as reading about it over at Bonusrating.com. Just prior to making my deposit, I was chatting with an online rep. who had indicated that they were offering instant withdrawals. Now, just to make sure on my part, I like to MAKE SURE about these things, and that rep later (and not initially) indicated that their instant withdrawals (at that time despite advertising otherwise) were only for VIP players. I believe it was about a week after that point (maybe 3 months ago), where they removed having to have the VIP status in order to be allowed to use the instant withdrawal feature (thus allowing ANY player to be able to use instant).

And in liquidsoap's case, this is the first I hear about having to deposit a minimum of $100. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't recall ever reading anything about that in the T&C's (although they may have changed their T&C's... again  ).

On a personal note, I'm glad to hear that you were able to come out ahead liquidsoap. :) At least you know you'll be getting your money sometime tomorrow. You can NEVER go wrong with 32Red or InterCasino. I can't speak for InterCasino, but whenever 32Red does grant me a bonus, the wagering requirements are very managable, and they never change those requirements on the fly (just so they can come out ahead).

well i lied, deposited 50 back into phoenician, and heres what i got 180 spins at jungle jim without a feature betting 60 cents a spin with the big win totalling at totalling a little over 3 dollars. it lasted a wooping 13 minutes

Speaking of Pheonician....

I have recently moved. And I understand that they are covering their rears, but I just went to sign on and start playing and they told me some "random security check" BS about how my account is frozen. I've never even made a deposit here before, just would play for free and now I want to really play now that I have a "feeling" for the games. Kind of annoyed. Their deposit bonuses seem to good to be true anyway.

So Red32 here I come.... :) Had never heard of them until now, but I figure it's worth a shot!!!

Their deposit bonuses seem to good to be true anyway.

That's because they were!!!
1200 in BONUS account, 20x WR slots and 60x the rest. only WINNINGS above the 1200 could be kept, and once transferred the 1200 bonus was confiscated.

Now though, it's a different matter. Bonuses put in REAL account with same WR, but everything can be kept once WR is met. Meeting WR can also lead to more bonuses (more WR also), while original WR is met.
Meeting WR in the daily tournaments is possibly best bet. Do NOT cash in the rewards until you reach Platinum VIP, as they are worth 4x as much and are carried (assuming you want to continue to play).
Best to ask support what the problem is with the security check. It may simply be that now you want to play for real you are being subjected to the usual checks. You should tell them your new address and E-mail, and ask what documents are needed to enable use of the Instant Payments facility.
They will most likely want a photo ID issued by a recognised authority, an image of the front and rear of any cards used, and possibly a deposit declaration form. Any more than this is not "routine" but an indication that your account has been flagged for potential fraud risk, but this might simply be because they think someone has stolen your identity and is trying to use it to open a real account from somewhere they know you don't live at (unless you told them beforehand).
If you feel up to /$1200 at 20x on slots, possibly worth a try clearing this up.
