I'm unfortunately located in Australia. As you'd probably know, the only casinos accepting Aussies are grey market casinos. Been playing at one such establishment since Sept 2019. Most deposits are with BTC. All withdrawals are paid to BTC.
  • Daily withdrawal limit: AU$4,000
  • Weekly withdrawal limit: AU$5,000
  • Per Month withdrawal limit: AU$30,000
These points (daily, weekly and per month) are stated in accordance to their casino T&C rules. The rules do not state Calendar Month. Instead, they state: Per Month.

EG - April 1'st 2020 to April 30'th 2020 (inclusive) is what Per Month, means.

In April 2020, I reached the Per Month withdrawal limit.

Today May 7'th (6'th may in EU), I won AU$3,900.

A few moments after initiating a BTC withdrawal for AU$3,000, that money was returned to my player account. Contacted Live Chat, was informed, I'd exceeded the monthly withdrawal limit, and I could not withdrawal till 14:00 7'th of May, and only $1,500. They went on to say my monthly withdrawal limit (in full) will reset itself to AU$0.00 @ 14:00 8'th May 2020.

I've contacted management, but they refuse to budge. Stating, I've exceed the Monthly withdrawal limit, and I can not withdrawal until 7'th and 8'th May 2020.

No where in the T&C's does it state Calendar Month. Which, is what they're trying to whitewash me with.

Per Month and Calendar Month are two completely different meanings.

Here are is the withdrawal limit rules:

The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 3,000 EUR per day, 5,000 EUR per week and 20,000 EUR per month unless otherwise is specified in the promotional Terms & Conditions, where exceptions can be made for players with VIP status. Progressive jackpots are paid outside of limits. Currency equivalents: Daily 3,000 EUR limit: 4500 AUD, 3000 USD, 4500 NZD, 0.3 BTC, 18 ETH, 14.4 BCH, 57 LTC, 1,317,000 DOGE. Weekly 5,000 EUR limit: 7500 AUD, 5000 USD, 7500 NZD, 0.5 BTC, 30 ETH, 24 BCH, 95 LTC, 2,195,000 DOGE. Monthly 20,000 EUR limits: 30,000 AUD, 20,000 USD, 30,000 NZD, 2 BTC, 120 ETH, 96 BCH, 380 LTC, 8,780,000 DOGE.

Just received another reply from the manager/owner. He claims the PER MONTH means 30 days from when the withdrawal limit was reached. The T&C's do not state this. His next comment was a wtf moment. If you don't like it, you can make a complaint to our licensing body.

No point doing that, Curaçao licensing body, is about as useful as tits on a bull.

If it's anything like the responsible gambling limits on Unibet "per month" means that it's a "rolling" month.

So if you put as a deposit limit 150 per month, it means when you deposit 100 on the 2nd and 50 on the 5th you can deposit 100 again on the 2nd of the next month.

TBH I think they're acting correct aslong as you're getting your money.

Unibet "per month" means that it's a "rolling" month.

Thanks for your feedback :)

I have no doubt they'll pay me. But that's not the point. T&C's are supposed to be clear and not ambiguous. If a casino means X, then they need to state what X means very, very clearly.

At Unibet, does it actually state "per month" means: a "rolling" month? If so, then that's how it should be.

I don't wish to split hairs. But, if the casino's meaning of Per Month is not stated (as rolling etc), then the meaning is, as it is written.

Took a gander at their affiliate program, and that states commissions are calculated on a Per Month basis. Going on to state: the start of the month is the 1'st, and the end of any given month, being the final day's date of that month.

That's pretty clear on what they mean by Per Month.

It states "per 24hr", "per 7 days" and "per 30 days" on the RG page. I can't find it in the T&C's.

When you have to face a withdrawal limit it is usually a very fun time so I would firstly say congrats!

I understand, it is best if they clarify it with an example.
Personally I would ask live chat if I am not sure. They usually don't mean calendar month/week/day unless they say so.

In this case it doesn't matter much, since today is the 7th. Right?

Most Casinos operate the rolling 30 days.

I know of very few who do calendar month...

Thanks mate, I'm not touching those winnings, till I can withdraw $1.5K in approx 3 hours and 1 minute (that's their date/time 7'th @ 14:00) The rest, I have to wait a further 24 hours.

Their redeeming +'s. They pay within 5 - 10 minutes to BTC.
ID verification took a bit less than 30 minutes. That's always a nice change :)

Like yourself, I'd normally ask Live Chat. Thing is, their English isn't the best. The owner's is even worse. Simple questions seems to get lost in translation from English to Russian or are taken completely out of context. Sometimes their communication is so bad, sentences contradict each other's meaning.

What should take 1 or 2 emails or a quick Live Chat, turns into a drawn out saga, that's as clear as mud.

Where I'd like to play, I can't. With limited choices, I'm left picking the best from the not so great bunch. If Aussies weren't restricted, I wouldn't touch these places with a barge pole.

Thanks everyone for your input.
