Think that's a disgusting infringement of personal liberties and if their system works this way online because of a duty of so called care then all shop sales must be stopped immediately, under said duty of care, because it is not being policed and they do not have a system in place to protect their customers.
National Lottery should suspend over the counter sales immediately because they are not monitoring average spends. UKGC should just print a list of what the average person (sorry, gambler) spend limits are.
