Payments stalled extremely long - VideoSlots

These are 2 small deposits made to MrVegas. If MrVegas and Videoslots not the same would be nice if Videoslots can explain why it shows to Videoslots not Mr Vegas which they have ignored to answer in the past. Only made a few deposits after this and and they correctly showed MrVegas but not these 2 deposits and there were problems with deposits not being credited thats why I have a screen shot of them as I had to chase them to get it credited. Mr Vegas and Videoslots are under same MGA licence. Its reflected in the Privacy Policy. However, you cant contact VS support about MR Vegas stuff and reverse. Im no lawyer so cant explain the details of those laws. GDPR is way too deep for me to take any discussions on.

What about banking obviously there tied together one way or another in there banking.

You can choose not to send in any information. But then write so clearly to their support. After that its up to Mr Vegas MLRO to decide what to do if you have an SOW request pending. If the MLRO see any suspicious they would report you and FIAU will decide what happens. Either FIAU tells them to release funds to you or to hold them. However, they cant tell you about it. 99% of cases funds are released. If they are told to hold them, funds are transferred to MGA or FIAU I think. Its not held by Mr Vegas anyways.
Please note that a process to refuse to send in documents takes 2 - 3 weeks before you would get any answers, as by law they cant really tell you anything.

might i ask where you have that info off possibly?

Well, still suspicious. It's almost a year since and all honestly I don't care anymore but at the time I did and MrVegas or Videoslots if you want to say there separate casinos never answered me why when I deposited on MrVegas it showed payment went to Videoslots. This is what I hate about them they beat around the bush on some stuff. Surely at the time they could have given me an explanation but didn't only that they continued to say they nothing to do with one another. I think it's BS but that my opinion.

It is really odd and suspicious. Also, they said they were doing online poker and that never came about.

This may not be the place to make this comment but my situation is so similiar in that I requested my withdrawal from a different casino late eve on April 6th. All my docs were taken care of as I have cashed out a couple of times in the past 6 months and I never play with bonuses. Of course if you win they call you a "skilled player" and won't give you anything but a hard time. Well I am definitely not a skilled player, I just throw tons of money at those games and get lucky once in a while. But for the past 10 days I am getting the same bull. They say, "everything is good, you will receive it "soon" Then it turned to, we are having difficulty with a third party and are unable to process your withdrawal at this time. As bitcoin climbs from $50,000 to $62,000 and I just get to watch it climb with no benefit to me.

So, on the 8th day, when they said it could take another5 or 6 days I said, "if you are unable to put the coin in my wallet then put it back in my casino account and I will play with it until I get word that you are able to process my withdrawal in a timely manner. (Or I loose it all.) Nope, they would not do that. "We always pay, we don't ever not pay" is what they say to me very curtly. Well they boast their speedy payouts within 72 hours. Not true. They did this very same thing last time and I kept all of the chat messages. Very similiar only twice as long this time. And I guess there is not a thing I can do. Is there?

He works for Videoslots, you should follow that advice

Thats very clear. Thankyou.

@catlandisthere basically the thing is, you can comply with them and send in the requested docs, or not and go thru the fuss as explained above. I have to admit, the lies and excuses youre getting are neverending really and that alone should be absolutely fixed. Its a joke really, gives the feeling youre playing at a very rogue casino. Not to mention the endless stalling, the endless “we cant provide a timeframe nor can we speed it up”.. basically, with €12000 out of pocket that they’re holding hostage you’re absolutely f*cked.

Im trying the sensible thing right now. Anyone knows how long it takes before this stuff gets processed? Im waiting for that basically, again and again and again.

And again - they are still taking deposits. But you cant take your money out. Stinks really.

Well its clear, keep pushing them, keep the pressure on and then, in the end, after waiting over 2 weeks, the money is on its way. I cant believe it and im still extremely pissed off about the way things go there and will probably file an MGA complaint regardless, i got all the chats and emails as proof.

Thanks anyways everyone, much appreciated honestly <3

Works like it should here.. so i dont think it is about stalling .. It is something else.
