The online casino Videoslots has been found by the Swedish regulator Spelinspektionen to have breached their 'duty of care' and subsequently been warned of their future conduct in this area. Additionally they have had to pay a sanction fee of 12 million kronor - equivalent to €1.1m.

I suppose we will subsequently see more cases like that as Sweden, Denmark and the UK have pretty much modelled their regulation the same way. And Norway too.

This doesn't surprise me.
Im aware they have a good reputation on these forums, but from my personal experience, i found the outfit to be poor and lacked transparency.
Make their own rules up as they go along without following the guidelines.

The problem is, if it wasn't for this forum, they would get away with unfair treatment of players.
