Hi all.

been reading posts about slow withdrawals etc and have a question.

‘At what point can a casino be held responsible for players having withdrawals drag for a month say with no explanation why?

and if it’s for a sizeable amount is there any way of getting money back that has been played back that wasn’t cancelled by the player due to the shagging around?

Hi,

It will help if you name the casino as there might be a Rep available here. If it is a properly licensed casino, then you may have some options regarding reporting them. As for getting a refund for money that was played out, then I am afraid the answer is no.

Yeah I flicked the rep a message.
I’m not to fussed I’ve been gambling bout 25 years now so had my share of ups and downs.
I just see a shit load of posts from people not getting paid and was curious as to how they can get away with it.I mean if they say ya gonna get paid in 3-5 days or something surely they must have to.

Just my 2 cents worth but in my experience in the business -- almost as long as yours -- I'd say that your average casino will do exactly what they are compelled to do. If they are in a heavily regulated jurisdiction then the licensor sets (most of) the rules. If they are in a lax jurisdiction then economics -- their desire to be and stay profitable -- largely determines how they act. And if they are in a totally unregulated zone then all bets are off: you get what you're given, full stop.

So "surely they must"? Says who? That's what it really comes down to.

Oh, and +1 on what Betreels said: if you spent it then it's gone. After 25 years I would have expected that you would have learned that lesson a few times over.

I have a few times over well and truly.
Only been playing online for probably 5 years though.like I said just curious I suppose it comes down to finding that 1 casino who will play the game. I just verified a while ago on one of your accredited ones so we’ll see

Got a email saying their going to call me
