FTR Slottica is a well-known rogue outfit, no license (despite what their page says) fake games, numerous non-payment issues. Alas another scam casino that will say anything in order to keep their victims playing, including as we read above telling a player it's OK to breach the bonus max stake rules. At then end of the day they'll say what they want and let you win how you choose because payment will not happen anyway, no skin off their noses. They won't respond to the PAB service and have a history of scamming.

Unfortunately the OP can wave goodbye to any chance of payment. Sorry to tell you this.

Hello my name is Anastasya and I wish to make a complaint. I was playing at Slottica casino using a bonus and forgot and bought a bonus round breaking terms. I immediately contacted live chat who said it is fine just don't repeat the mistake and all was good to continue playing. After completing wagering amount i tried to withdraw and casino asked me to reverify my payment method which i did. The casino then refused the withdrawal citing the bonus buy as the reason I broke their terms. If you could please assist me in getting the funds back. Thanks.
