payment issue with planet7oz casino

hi everyone i knew to this so bear with me and i hope im doing the right!!! Got question for u all - how long does it take for a withdrawal to get processed? my issue is with Planet7 Oz . I won money and sent in all my paperwork which was received and approved. My withdrawal was approved by Planet7 on the 25th October 2017 and as yet i am still to receive my money. Everytime i talk to the customer service people they say its going to go through in a couple of days. Its been over a month now am i ever going to receive this money??? is this a normal practice with casino sites?? I am going crazy please help

You have chosen one of the worst casinos to play with your hard earned money. A quick Google search would have alerted you to the issues with BTK Ltd. formerly known as Crystal Palace Group.

They delay payments forever in the hope you play it all back. Think of anything up to 6 months to get paid, if at all.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but please be more careful where you are playing in the future. Check the CasinoMeister casino list with places that still accept Australian players.

They WILL pay eventually if you are patient. DON'T REVERSE and lose you money - that's exactly what they want you to do.

I have gotten payment from them by fed ex check and it cleared the bank. however....as you say, it took at least a month and many chats. also, now I cannot activate any type of offer with them or any of their affiliates they say I have been re-classified as a play that does not need to be rewarded, and that they save any good offers for newbies. sheesh, right?
