I had been defending this group and saying how fun they were and how I liked them.

well, many of you were right and I was dead wrong on these guys.
I went there back on May 1st and had a big win. When I cashed out it was denied. I contacted them and they said that I needed to update my documents. WELLLLL.... thats funny because it was exactly what they told me on my previous withdrawal attempt... and I had ALREADY done so. They ignored this fact and said that I still needed to. I showed them the correspondence email that they said they had received them and finally they dropped it plus I sent them AGAIN! finally on the 17th (yes, that is how long that part of the ordeal took) I cashed out again.
IMMEDIATELY it was denied. The amount was for 5000. The maximum amount of withdraw allowed per transaction is 2500. So I made two 2500 withdrawals. Both were denied. They then took out the bonus money, which I expect of course, then THEY changed it to five 1000 withdrawals. I was very angry. They have no right to do this. I asked them why and they said "company decision". Nowhere on their site does it say they can do this of course.
That has many problems. firstly it takes so long for them to pay i was looking at over half a year to get paid. secondly THEY charge 40 per withdrawal which would increase my cost a lot. but they were mostly just delaying. I have complained about delays in the past to their rep here. She has helped somewhat but they do it every time. My problem is I cant take it. I have lost back money to them in the past because of these delays. I cant just let it sit there. I know I have no discipline and all that but they are preying upon that and they know it. so they stall and lie and delay at every turn. Well, I lost it all back to them except for 1000 that was approved to be paid on May17.
Guess what? Still no payment. everytime I contact them it is the same story. "sorry, it will be paid soon" " we will send this to our escalation department".... what lies. and "escalation" dept??? what is that? why would you have one if your an honest biz? there is no such thing and we all know it.
Anyhow, I am sickened by this of course. and many of you were right. they should be squarely in the rogue pit and nowhere else. Nobody should be playing these casinos. They are absolutely thieves and tricksters.
RUN, dont walk away. It is a fight every single time to get paid. Also, the time I did get paid fast it was because of the rep and what I (and others on this board) thought was an error.
The problem is it proves they CAN pay fast. They CHOOSE to delay however. they have not changed from years past....They arent even trying to.
