I had been defending this group and saying how fun they were and how I liked them.

It came up the last time in this thread: HERE

well, many of you were right and I was dead wrong on these guys.

I went there back on May 1st and had a big win. When I cashed out it was denied. I contacted them and they said that I needed to update my documents. WELLLLL.... thats funny because it was exactly what they told me on my previous withdrawal attempt... and I had ALREADY done so. They ignored this fact and said that I still needed to. I showed them the correspondence email that they said they had received them and finally they dropped it plus I sent them AGAIN! finally on the 17th (yes, that is how long that part of the ordeal took) I cashed out again.

IMMEDIATELY it was denied. The amount was for 5000. The maximum amount of withdraw allowed per transaction is 2500. So I made two 2500 withdrawals. Both were denied. They then took out the bonus money, which I expect of course, then THEY changed it to five 1000 withdrawals. I was very angry. They have no right to do this. I asked them why and they said "company decision". Nowhere on their site does it say they can do this of course.
That has many problems. firstly it takes so long for them to pay i was looking at over half a year to get paid. secondly THEY charge 40 per withdrawal which would increase my cost a lot. but they were mostly just delaying. I have complained about delays in the past to their rep here. She has helped somewhat but they do it every time. My problem is I cant take it. I have lost back money to them in the past because of these delays. I cant just let it sit there. I know I have no discipline and all that but they are preying upon that and they know it. so they stall and lie and delay at every turn. Well, I lost it all back to them except for 1000 that was approved to be paid on May17.
Guess what? Still no payment. everytime I contact them it is the same story. "sorry, it will be paid soon" " we will send this to our escalation department".... what lies. and "escalation" dept??? what is that? why would you have one if your an honest biz? there is no such thing and we all know it.
Anyhow, I am sickened by this of course. and many of you were right. they should be squarely in the rogue pit and nowhere else. Nobody should be playing these casinos. They are absolutely thieves and tricksters.

RUN, dont walk away. It is a fight every single time to get paid. Also, the time I did get paid fast it was because of the rep and what I (and others on this board) thought was an error.
The problem is it proves they CAN pay fast. They CHOOSE to delay however. they have not changed from years past....They arent even trying to.

And that is EXACTLY how they have always operated - more than a decade now of totally rogue behaviour

Thank you for sharing your tale of grief - if it stops just one more person getting trapped by these crooks, it will have been worth it.
There is NO excuse for their delays - the RTG's I list pay from instant to a few days at worst.

    UPDATE:

another week goes by and another week I go unpaid. Everytime I contact their live chat they just lie about "we will send this to our escalation dept". That is so absurd. I am always like "well your fake and made up escalation dept must really suck because that is the same thing you have been telling me for weeks and they still havent paid".

So exhausting. what a horrible group. I cannot believe they were ever out of the rogue pit. I cant imagine why or how.

    Planet 7 - Odd tactics

I really liked playing planet 7 too and the 14 free spins a day were sometimes able to create a little pot of money and play without having to deposit. I'm not sure if they can really doctor results, but i had built up $4K in wins one day and then got greedy and stubborn and ran it down to zero. I contacted help desk and let them know about my 75 spin not even a line won - and she threw me a bone of $300 free chip. i griped and moved on turning that into 4K, then 8K but of course max payout was 2,000 ...so then the floodgates opened. I got a royal flush that took me up over 20,000 because there was zero risk for the casino since i had a free chip. eventually, i brought it back down got loads of comp points and cashed out for 2,000. Been 2 months and no money..but what i find very interesting is that they've now determined that I'm not a good player for them so i'm no longer eligible for any of their promotions. It's so odd because i was a fiercely loyal customer...no longer.

PLANET 7 should be headed for Extinction!

This is insane. 4th of July weekend and no payment. everytime I contact they just say they will send it to the "escalation" dept. which is a lie of course anyone with an IQ of 2 would know.
Im seriously wondering if I will get it before september. this is just the worst treatment possible.
they must pay affiliates good or nobody would promote them honestly

You will probably know that most asffiliates would never even signup or use a rogue casino group or to promote them either for that matter.

And if they did they would tarnish their own brand. And it also wouldnt surprise me for the people that do affiliate for them probably have the same issues as the players have being that they do not get paid for months and months.

I know it sucks you can only play in some casinos. but i can tell you there is still some honest casinos that are not rogue that allow USA players. So i suggest you look at the USA accredited pages on CM to find some others. Club World Group was a good group, not sure if they still are though.

I decided some years ago that the community's opinions about which casinos are good/bad, is not enough evidence to determine what casinos are good/bad.
I believe one of the reasons behind the community's bad advice is because there are too many people logging on in a good mood when they've been paid after a big win and singing the praises of the casino.
I don't think people's opinions are worthless, I think there needs to be something more than just good reports.

In my experience, even the casinos that rate very high on the accredited list are a bit dodgy.

I dont really understand your point though?

It isnt just about the community it is about which affiliate sites you use when looking at new casinos to play at.

and if said affiliate sites have warnings and or if they list detailed & updated information based on many factors so us players can make our own mind up whether or not to signup to a casino or not.

there is some good affiliate sites out there and there is also some bad ones. And it is those bad ones that some players fall victim too and signup to rogue casinos without knowing because they didnt list any warnings.

Even the good affiliate sites that list rogue casinos shouldn't list rogue casinos but some do. yes its an outcry. But hey it is part of the parcel of the industry.

I used to also be an affiliate, And I never listed any rogue sites on my old affiliate site. but each to their own anyway.

My point is; if you were to just go on what people here on CM are saying about casinos, you would probably run into some trouble.
I think first hand experience; going to the casino yourself and checking it out, is a lot safer.
But even then, it can take a long time to find out if a casino is good for you.

I agree with what you are saying about affiliates, that counts too.

Ok i see. but I dont always just goto the casino and check it out before i make my mind up, i do the latter and do google searches and check various affiliate sites. forums and what not to make sure it is a trustworthy one first. The latter is actually better than just diving in head first and you can be more than 99% sure that way too.

    us sites

i'm not finding the list of us sites - i'm just finding the list of sites that operate in NJ, Nevada etc. can u post or DM me the link?

This is probably off topic but a warning - ExKash for cash out of winnings is 100% ripoff with no recourse as bitcoins aren't refundable. Spare me the lectures on bitcoins - falls on deaf ears in desperate times - i know better 100X but they only got 500 bucks from me - lots more victims out there.

I looked around on this site and see they are "on the reservation". I dont think you can just go by stuff on aff sites either. clearly they act rogue. How do you just cancel my withdrawals and put in a smaller amount thus stealin 4000$ from me then not pay me for months and NOT be rogue? If they do something with affiliates pay they go straight to rogue though. I look at club world group and they went into rogue bc of affiliate issues but they pay players fast and dont steal from them. but this group flat out steals and doesnt pay but they are ok. Its all kinda nonsense. i agree that you cant really trust forum experiences either. I am a prime example. I was singing their praises when they paid and honored cashout requests. As soon as they did all that crap to my wihtdrawals and wont pay within months then I am done and complaining. I guess you just have to kinda figure the stuff out on your own in this slimey world of online casinos. also, im from the US and it says on this site that US not accepted at them. Thats also wrong. they accept US players they just dont accept paying them.

another week goes by and still no payment. It has been months now.

......When I contact support they say the same thing... 'escalation dept"...."will be paid soon" ... "apologies"..... just unreal BS everytime. again, they used to be in rogue pit? then for no reason they are brought off of it and continue to act rogue but arent put back in rogue pit? exasperation.

seriously, every week that goes by I am still shocked at how little they even care about how rogue they act. no consequences for them.

Have you contacted the rep Tawni? https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/tawnivirtualace.html

If she does not help you get paid, I suggest you use the Player Arbitration service here. Read the FAQ and make sure you follow all the rules, including not posting further about your issue.

The only way a casino gets placed in the rogue pit is for "proven" cases via PAB usually
